Very happy with my purchase, these stools are very nice, you can put them together better with someone but I put together alone, follow directions, it helps, they are gorgeous

We just remodeled our kitchen. These chairs fit our new decor perfectly. They are also very comfy too. Assembly was a pain. But once we purchased a ratchet screwdriver and assembled the 1st chair; the assembly of the other 3 chairs went smoothly.

Worst assembly ever! I’m a savant when it comes to building things even with directions in foreign languages or even missing parts and this was by far the most ridiculous endeavor yet. Finished product is pretty & good for the price. Not the sturdiest construction but likely to hold up well in my single person household. If you have wild kids or anyone significantly overweight, pass on these. Otherwise they will look nice and serve their purpose if you can put them together. Good luck.

The scroll looked pretty online, but because it's made if plywood, is super rough to the touch. Snagged clothing rough. Plus the back has no pitch, so it's uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. I never put together the other box and sent both back. The distributor offered a paltry 20% refund and excuses
Well although the chairs are beautiful to look at I’m concerned about the quality of them, we’ve received two damaged chairs where the wood was split in exactly the same area and the splits are in the main frame of the chairs so they can’t be fixed and the integrity of the chair is compromised. I will say that the furniture company has been working with us to get a proper replacement and we are happy about that. I probably wouldn’t purchase these type chairs again even though they’re beautiful and match our table so well. As of now we have 3 of the 4 chairs and we’re waiting for the replacement.

For the amount of money these chairs cost, I expect the wood finish to be even and no dings. These chairs are so dinged up and the finish is spotty in a lot of areas. I'd return them if it wasn't a headache. The positive is they're extremely sturdy. I'm going to try and find something to fix the chairs myself at a hobby/craft store.
