Beautiful clock! Arrived earlier than expected and was packed and delivered with extreme care. Tone of chime is rich; lovely sound. It was easy to install batteries, set time and chime, volume, etc. it was was ready to hang within minutes. Love the looks and sound of this clock.

Great Wall Clock
This clock is really beautiful. The sounds is good and fully adjustable. It's not too heavy and I was able to hang it easily. It says it's cherry, but it's actually a little more brown than that.

Banjo chiming clock
It was the clock that I wanted. Everything was included and it has been on my wall, since the day it arrived.
The clock does not make a ticking sound as as per answer by Customer service. The fact that you have to take it down every time you need to make changes is troublesome and it is difficult to see the appropriate tiny knobs to make the changes, the dial to change the time is hard to use to adjust time. The clock face seems dull. I like the sounds the clock makes on the each 15 minutes and the strike sound on the hour.
