Issues and Ariel approach to solve

I purchased a "Ariel taylor 72 in. double sink base cabinet in grey color" when I received the cabinet, I noticed it had some scratches on the doors, also one of the handles was bent during shipment. When I called the customer service, I was pleasantly surprised how they responded to resolve the issues. They offered several options to resolve the issue. I picked the option that served my situation the best (least time consuming to me).

the cabinet arrived but the driver wouldn't bring it to the back yard as the entry to our house is narrow with a few turns makes it impossible to take it to the bathroom. So, w asked him (the driver) to take to the backyard with a big gate.

Everything costs so much these days, but this vanity, while meeting my desire for a shaker style look, and not having space under it to collect fluffy dog hair that would be impossible to keep up after while still having the appearance of being on legs, met my expectations. The finishing was good, but not quite the finish of cabinets you’d get having custom made ones. I love the pull out drawers behind the doors so you can get to the things in the back. You lose a couple inches in the depth in the process of the convenience in the process - and can’t just toss things into the back either, but that’s not bad. Getting stone for the top is costing me another $1200, but I live in a small market area and had to bite the bullet to get what I wanted. Other materials could certainly be less expensive. Customer service has been awesome in the process of changing out the brass handles for brushed nickel. A simple email or call to (800) 827-5950 to them and they are shipping them out vis UPS, for free.

I love this vanity - beautiful finish & great workmanship

The vanity is beautiful and well made but the color is very dark grey, not the light grey that is shown on the website. Had to return it was so far off.

For the price we are very please with the vanity. Love that it has 4 drawers and that there are pull outs in the cabinets under the sink. Much easier to reach things. Also as directed on the website the manufacturer provide the brushed nickel hardware at not cost and shipped to to our home.

Product looks just like the picture and seems of good quality! Can't wait to use it.

Ariel Taylor vanity

Two years ago, we installed a 72" vanity in the master bedroom and is still absolutely gorgeous.

Beautiful color, dark blue almost black. Our vanity seems to be well made it looks beautiful in our newly remodeled bathroom.

It was great. Delivery was 5 star.

To be totally fair, I love it. I would give it five stars, but two of the doors came dinged. Customer service has been great to work with and it looks like they are shipping new ones out soon. I took the brass handles off and added chrome to match the bathroom and my contractor put a cute little skirt around the bottom. The drawers are really nice and big and the cabinet pullout is a great addition. Added a pic—still waiting for the countertop, but you get the idea.

VERY well made vanity! Sturdy, exceptional packing for shipment. Arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend using the "inside home entry" delivery option! Personal were fantastic.

Great vanity for a great price

Hard time finding a 72 inch vanity. This one was perfect. Arrived well packed. No damage or dings. Fit perfectly in our space. Love the well made and beautiful vanity. Very happy with the soft close drawers too.

Very pleased with my Ariel cabinet purchase. Item was in-stock and arrived quickly and was well packaged and arrived with no damage.
