This vanity is beautiful and so well made. I am impressed with the quality of the drawers and cabinet. The vanity was pricey, but well worth the extra money to get a solid wood piece of furniture that will last decades!

Love it. Looks great. Vanity is well made. Love the quartz countertop. Arrived well packaged and not damaged. All soft closed doors and drawers. The delivery driver placed it where I asked. Top comes separately but with the vanity in separate box. Drawers can come out which helps with the weight when carrying it. Both vanity and top are heavy.

Had this shipped to home depot for store pick up. Previous experience with broken parts being delivered to my house I opted for ship to store. We opened the boxes at the store and all was in perfect condition. Got the boxes home and unpacked everything. I found that the cabinet was well protected with the packaging used. The marble was also packed well and no issues. Both boxes secured to a pallet when shipped worked well. One of the best experiences receiving a vanity with the marble top.

Great value and well built. The drawers and doors have good quality hinges and slides that needed no adjustment out of the box. . . The countertop fits well and has a good amount of overhang. I have had other brands that the countertop is barely over the side of the cabinet and it looks cheap. Not the case with this one.

It was easy to assemble. And it’s really pretty, But it came damaged. And Home Depot kept delaying delivery by weeks. The delivery service guy was nice and notified us about the damage before delivering atleast.

The vanity arrived in great condition. The quality is great. It was easy to install, measurements were exact so it dropped in place w/o issues which was a critical issue and determining factor in purchasing. It’s been in place for 10 days and I am happy with it to date. Crating and delivery were the best, very professionally handled.

They are beautiful! We ordered 2 for our master bath remodel. I highly recommend the 1.5” top over the .75”, it really makes it look higher end..

Horrible customer support

Vanity arrived with incorrect mounting hardware for sink basin attachment to countertop. Clamps provided are apparently for some other product but won't work for this application and do not match the faded assembly instructions provided in box. I tried multiple times via chat and phone call however here I am 1 week later with no resolution and an installation project that could not be completed with the parts provided. Home Depot blames Ariel for the lack of customer support? I have yet to receive any assistance in this matter from either and have been forced to design and purchase my own clamping system (a week later) Buyer beware!!! Customer support is non existent. Does not meet my expectations. I have had it 1 week. Cabinet looks nice but would like nicer assembled.

Ordered this vanity since it said Ships in 1-2 business days. 3 weeks later it's still not here.

Beautiful

Beautiful vanity! The soft close drawers are an amazing feature and plenty of storage room. Vanity is wonderfully made and have had many compliments!

Broken upon arrival

This was one of the final things for our rebuild but it arrived broken. I searched for weeks to find the perfect vanity set and was so thrilled about this one. And it was absolutely beautiful if it had not been broken. The cabinet was fine, the marble was in pieces. The packaging was awful for it. My only option given was to return it all rather than just replacing the marble. Now I'm waiting for the drivers to come get it. Very frustrating experience and unsure of what I will do next.

The vanity itself is beautiful and perfect size. I didn't like black pulls so I swapped out for chrome to match my other hardware. Delivery was late and the vendor HD uses wouldn't let my contractor pick up.. only me. I can't puck up a big vanity in my car obviously, so this set the project back a few days. The drawers do hesitate when opening. So I don't know how to fix that or if that will change with time. I did ask HD for my delivery fee back since it was delivered late and set my project back a few days with my contractor. Still waiting to hear back.

I originally ordered a Wyndham collection vanity, to my surprise when I decide to order a vanity 5inches wider thinking I had the room to wiggle, but I did not. Therefore I ended up ordering this Hepburn Ariel vanity based on good reviews.

Flawless bathroom vanity

I can’t think of anything negative to say about this 55” Ariel Hepburn vanity with white pure quartz top. Shipping was quick and delivered with care. Cabinet professionally built with all hardwood and other premium parts. I don’t doubt that it will probably last forever.
