My son installed in his display cabinets. It works as advertised.

The strips, the connectors make it perfect for backlit set up. Remote and settings are good. Plan how you want to run light before cutting and attaching to surfaces. The connectors need to be flexible as it puts pressure on the adhesive which can come off

Made a craft table arch light with them. Did exactly what they are supposed to do at a good price. Adhered well to the aluminum arch I used. Light is whiter than most soft daylight LEDs. Easy to cut and connect together (I used two rows).

Overall I really like this light, being used in a dark cabinet. I cut the tape into sections but couldn’t get the connectors to work. I soldered wire between them instead.

Don't try to cut and add connectors/extensions!

As long as you use the entire 16 feet or cut once and NOT use the included connectors or extensions, it is a good product.

Splice connectors are VERY unreliable

If you have to cut the tape and then connect different sections using the Armacost connectors, expect tons or problems. We have five installs and already have three failures, all around the connectors. Would not buy again.

Not what I needed. Even with diffusers, the "line of lights" still had high reflectance on the counter top (trying to do under counter lighting). The diffusers didn't.

We installed this lighting under the upper bunk bed to provide the reading light for the lower bed. It was super easy to install with the peal and stick tape on the back of the strip. It was super bright and will probably be used at only 50% power. We only used about 6' of the 16' tape. Not sure what we can do with the remaining. The remote is very convenient.

I ordered three sets of these, but one of the sets when you tried to install one of the bridge connectors, would not power on the lights past the bridge. I noticed the the string of lights had been spliced just past the bridge in the manufacturing process. I think that might have been the issue, as the other sets worked fine. In the end it was no big deal as i used the faulty set on a short run not requiring a bridge. I synced the three units together, and they work great.
