Replacement match

Needed replacement tiles as some were stained, over 30 years old not sure of the style name, the Grenoble we purchased matched pretty well. Thank you.

I ordered ceiling tiles and one of the boxes was completely shattered and broken pieces. I now have to figure out how to return it and then wait to get a new box and I feel like I should order 2 extra boxes to be safe.

This product stinks! Whatever that new backing is it stinks, and has not aired out for me. Don't buy any Armstrong tiles with the dark shiny back. It smells like smoke.

Almost every ceiling tile from 2 of 3 packages ordered...

Almost every ceiling tile from 2 of 3 packages ordered has damaged corners thus far. Sometimes you can hide this in the grid but most get used to make the smaller ones. The product is very sensitive to being bumped or if you rub it on the grid it just falls apart (cracks and checks). If you smudge a tile or get it dirty somehow, when you go to clean it off, the paint wears away no matter how careful you are.
