Works fine

Previously owned one of these for several years. Finally broke down so I bought what I thought was another identical one. It’s not, seems a little cheaper but still works fine so I’m happy with it.

Hoped to get a smaller kettle. This one is too tall.

Received the kettle and it leaked. Thought it may work in after some use, maybe I filled it too much. After using it several times with it still leaking ( couldn’t find where). I complained. Much to my surprise, I received a new kettle about a week later. ❤️

A bit flimsy and stand is wobbly.

This was a great kettle until I dropped it and broke the plastic handle. It still works fine it just doesn't look so great

What is shown is not what I received. I was told during online chat with agent this had adjustable preset control with digital display...which when received did not have. Picture does not show on/off switch below handle. Disappointing
