it was awful to get it working! the pump wasn't the right one, the cables were too long, for the designed size it was ridiculously complicated. The price: too high for the low quality. Never more with this brand. They have very good advertising -that I believed- to find out later was not telling the truth. in short, it was a bad decision, a waste of time and money!

Make sure the size is correct. This product looks like a normal size fountain, however it is a miniature fountain. Fits perfectly inside on a table, not outside in the garden.

This is a piece of garbage. The instructions for the pump make zero sense and nothing works. What should have been a simple set up has taken hours because none of the pieces hold together so it is not water tight. Beware- do not purchase this fountain!

Great fountain!

UPDATE: it started leaking within a week, to the point where it only holds water for a few hours at a time. Fortunately Wayfair provided a full refund, but I wouldn't recommend this product since it definitely leaks and doesn't match the color advertised.

Love this! I bought 3 to place side by side on a ledge. The videos were helpful for set up. The directions in the box were a little tricky, though. The bubbling sound is light like other reviews have mentioned but I think it’s a nice touch to have in the background of an evening on the patio.

Perfection

I order EVERYTHING online and I have never experienced such exemplary care. The fountain I ordered was perfect and just as described and pictured on the website. I was alerted that there would be a delay in getting the fountain and I am so glad I opted to wait. I will be a returning customer.
