leaking all over my counter

I purchased this faucet in january 2020. Not even five years later, it is leaking all over my counter. I constantly have to place towels between the faucet and my backsplash - which the towels are soaked. Most expensive piece of junk. I have called Kohler and currently waiting for a part. will update once received. In addition to this faucet, I also purchased the prolific undermount sink (43 inch)

Meh, leaking and the handle is sloppy and got way worse over time

Installed in June 2023, the handle is super sloppy and getting worse. Dirt/Grease deposits all around the junctions where it can rotate. Doesn't look like the handle can be tightened. How do we get this warranted and replaced?

DEFECTIVE HANDLE— 90 days and broke…Just like other reviews said!

Handle came loose and floppy after 3 months. Others reviews mention same problem. Kohler responded quickly, but said Kohler rep said it would take 3 months to get a replacement faucet. Yet, Build.com shows 22 in stock. Paid $870 for the fixture. Beyond this —I paid pro $$$ to have this defective one installed. And now will be paying plumber a 2nd time. That’s several hundred in labor. NOT HAPPY!! Love the design…great looking. Sadly, this is not a reliable plumbing fixture. Bought lights, sink, and faucet from Build.com for a kitchen remodel. ALL ITEMS either arrived DEFECTIVE or broke. NOT GOOD. Paid electrician $160 to hang lights and then have to take them down—would not hang straight. Sorry to havre to leave such a negative review. Nice reps and Build.com quick to refund on lights and sink. But it’s the hassle and cost of labor.

Dressing the kitchen in style!

Love the features and the two different sprays! Looks amazing in my ongoing kitchen remodel along with my new white Kohler apron sink! Love the brushed bronze color and the fact it is solid copper. Also purchased the pot filler and bar sink faucet! It’s so incredibly beautiful.

Looks great but drips

great looking design. Has dripped since installed 1st week Jan 2023. Kohler support fantastic that they sent me a new valve to install in the new faucet. However, the Bonnett below the control lever needs removed to install the valve. It does not appear to unscrew off. I don't want to damage it removing it, but no one seems to know how to remove it.

Beautiful faucet, great finish, high flow rate, excellent spray, magnetic dock for pull down spout works easily. Vertically mounted lever is easy and intuitive to operate. Rotating spout moves easily. Quick installation with reliable quick disconnect for hose. Very happy with it!

great kohler with defective handle

replace valve 2 time and still start leaking as usual. waste money on labor done by professional. i m big fan of kohler and this product really gave me tough time , hope customer service do something about product and their customers

Bad handle

We invested in this faucet because we read that Kohler has great products that are built well and long lasting. We also like the finish and the make. Sadly, the handle stopped toggling after 3 years and for the last 6 months. Nobody has been able to help us resolve this issue. I had super inexpensive products in the past that lasted ages and ages. I expected more from a Kohler product.

trouble with sprayer

I've had this faucet for several months now, and the sprayer always shot a couple of streams of water out to the side. Now it's getting worse, and water is leaking through the ball connection. I love it otherwise, but it's turning into a problem.

The BEST faucet EVER!

I purchased this faucet for my kitchen for my kitchen and I must tell you, it is such a great faucet! I highly recommend it to everyone.

Replaced 3 y/o builders' spec faucet

The builders installed non-Kholer faucet was very difficult to turn off. There is a raised counter right behind the faucet with an overhang that interfered with water temp selection. The Kohler faucet solved both problems. The various spray choices are great, as I use each of them for different operations. The magnetic head retraction into the faucet is helpful in returning the spray head to the faucet, as it pulls the head in for the last 1.5 inches. I've never had a problem with a Kohler product, and can't think of any brand of anything else I can say about that.

Best faucet I ever owned! The design is beautiful, the simplicity of use if terrific and the color I chose, brushed oil rubbed bronze, is absolutely gorgeous and compliments my kitchen.

Phenomenal faucet

I’ve had this faucet installed since we moved into our new home. Fantastic design and tremendous features. I love how you turn this faucet on and off by lifting the handle (rather than moving the handle away from the faucet on some configurations). My wife chose Polished Nickel finish which looks gorgeous in our kitchen!
