Very pretty but CRAP and Kohler “warranty” difficult/not full coverage

NIGHTMARE. Kohler difficult deal w/, I paid my plumber change cartridge MULTIPLE x. AFTER MUCH DIFFICULTY they sent plumber, made replace cart again of course didn’t work, FINALLY replaced, it also leaking, had to FIGHT 4 begruding fix - prob won’t work!

Looks great, but still leaking

After a $2300 purchase, it leaks. I ordered a new valve. 6 weeks later, still leaks. I need to contact Kohler again for resolution.

Looks great but leaking spout out of the box

Plumbers came to install on a bathroom remodel. Turned water on and leaking out of spout. Brand new out of box! Called customer support and they are sending new valve but said potentially when installed something got into the valve. Plumbers took apart and checked valve (nothing visible, but they checked) put back together and still leaking!! Gotta wait for new valve to try again, but plumbers are thinking there might be defect with the actual housing not the valve. We’ll see. I’m upset that I spent over 1800$ for me to have to now wait days (potentially weeks if they have to send out complete new filler!). Is there in quality control process to make sure quality products are sent out!? Two stars because it does look good. Will update review once new valve comes in.

No delays

I was told by our local Hughes outlet that this would be hard to get and intact once ordered, they delayed delivery twice, three months total. So I got a refund, ordered from Build and it came in three days. It’s beautiful and works perfect.
