Beautiful rug

Beautiful rug! Love the pattern. Purchased for a client for his office. As any wool rug does, it shed's quite a bit at first. After a few vacuums, it starts to get better. Besides that, it's a nice rug.

Beautiful Rug, Strong Chemical Odor

Giving this rug 5 stars because it was a beautifully made rug. Sadly, it was returned as a result of a strong chemical odor noted when the rug was unpackaged. Customer service was very helpful and made the return process easy!

Great quality

This rug is very good quality.it is easy to vacuum and water beads on it so you have time to wipe it up. I looks good with black chairs and table!

Happy with my purchase

Overall I'm happy with my purchase. Pros: Adds a cozy feel to the room, & will hide the kid & dog crud very well! Cons: smells very strongly of mildew. I've only just opened it up, & I sprayed some fabreeze on it. Hopefully that will help over time. The texture is also lumpier than the photos portray, and I vacuumed it twice right after unrolling in and the canister was filled with lint... another thing I assume will ease up over time. I'm not willing to spend over *** or a rug at this point in my life, so the cons seem like an even trade for that. That is if the lint & smell get better, but only time will tell!

The rug in the image is not the rug they send. If you scroll to the end you'll see a crossed patterned rug, that's what you'll receive. I've returned the rug, reordered it via email while on the phone with a representative who was assuring me they'd send me the correct rug, yet they still send the wrong rug. Tons of fun.
