I received 2 left hand arm rests & it took some time to disassemble the arm & flip it to make it work. It is fine now just disjointed to have to "fix" a $*** chair.

Great Chairs with Smooth Gliding
These chairs are really beautiful and work really well. The gliding function is really smooth. Each chair comes in 2 boxed and is packed fairly well. I didn't see any damage or have any missing parts even though the box was opened at a corner. I added two pictures because the stock picture doesn't really show just how white some of the parts are. It is a bright white and looks great. Time will tell if they hold up, but they seem pretty solid.
