I always buy Pfister faucets due to past positive experience. The quality is undeniable. These are beautiful faucets, the water flow is pleasant and I love the spot defence so far. They compliment our countertop and other bathroom accessories well.

The faucets are exactly what I expected. Love they do not show spots. Always looks new.

These faucets look great. The brushed finish shows no fingerprints.

Frustrated

Unfortunately, the faucet had defective parts. Although Build was able to supply replacement parts, they didn’t fix the problem.

Easy to install, like the new drain closure, gets rid of the plunger type with a press-down. Only negative the base of the neck is not round like the old one and doesn't cover the marks made by the old neck. Otherwise like the look too.

nice operational faucet

Ordered as replacement for similar style bathroom faucet with a much more complicated & delicate under-sink construction. Item arrived one day before expected. Proved to be relatively easy to install (under a porcelain pedestal sink) - instructions straightforward and items clearly marked. Works as expected after 4 weeks of use - no leaks. Recommend second person to assist in maintaining faucet deck alignment when tightening. Would purchase again.

Item is defective. I ordered it twice and it is still leaking. I have spent ovr $400 in plumbing fees.

We built an addition with a new bathroom. Using all of the Ladera products, including faucets, towel bar, hooks, tp holder, hand towel holders, and it pulls together a seamless simply elegant look!

Plumber put the first faucet in, no problem. The second one he put in and it leaked. Deep in the mechanism cant be fixed

Cheap materials

Nice looking faucet and easy installation. The flange on the drain is made of plastic so I overtightened and it cracked and had to order a replacement. I would not recommend for that reason and would spend more money next time for better quality and construction.
