Very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the mantel. Very easy to piece together. Fireplace does a great job of heating my living room. The only thing I don’t really like is that the minimum temperature setting on the thermostat is 71°. I would like a lower setting than that. Otherwise super happy with my purchase!

Absolutely love this fireplace! It is even higher quality than I was expecting. I like the different flame optionscolors, and heats up the living room well. Our home has a lot of charming details from the late 1920’s, so wanted a fireplace that wasn’t too moderntrendy looking— and this fits in seamlessly with the rest of our home. Highly recommend!

Overall, for the price, it is a very good Deal.

The color was true to the description. It was Well-made. The fireplace insert is much better than the old versions. It was very easy to put together. My only concerns were. It is very heavy so you need two people to carry it. There were a couple imperfections on the edge of the mantle that I was disappointed in, but nothing Anybody would notice but me. I’m glad I purchased it.

I agonized for hours before selecting this fireplace. I decided I wanted a Real Flame product based on the features of the fire box, and I decided on this model based on the size, design and color. I made a great choice. The fireplace arrived in two boxes without any damaged pieces. Assembly was reasonably easy, but do yourself a favor and keep all the screws loose (finger tight only) until you get everything but the fire box assembled. The black piece at the bottom, which goes under the firebox had some screw hole alignment issues, but it settled into place when I tightened those two downward facing screws last. The quality of the materials and fire box is better than I expected and I’m very happy with this purchase.

This is a beautiful fireplace and seems to be very well made. We wanted to add some ambiance to our living room and this was just what it needed. I can't wait for the cold weather to arrive so that we can enjoy reading in front of our fireplace. The multiple flame colors are a nice feature. Hubby put it together fairly easily with the help of his handy assistant handing him the appropriate screws, etc.
