Unfortunately dissappointed

I am not typically one to leave a bad review on anything as I try to take into account the ins and outs that go into having something like a fairly large loveseat delivered across the country. Having said that, the couch was delivered with very thin cardboard and plastic around it that was torn to shreds. We were fortunate enough that we did not have any rain. The sofa itself at first glance, (still wrapped) seemed ok but, once we took the surrounding "protective" buffer off, the problems started to stack up. We found 3 tears, in completely different places that were disappointing enough in their own right but, then once we took a step back, it seemed to have a very obvious bend to it. Thinking that it might be just an optical illusion or maybe the slope of the driveway, we didn't think much of it until we got it into the living room. It appears there is a pretty sever bend in the frame. One side of the sofa very obviously slopes to the side and you can feel the slope when you sit in it. Lastly, the right recliner does not recline without some serious elbow grease. Very upset at the moment. This is a downer for sure as we were very excited to have a new sofa, the first we have purchased for ourselves in at least 10 years. We will see what comes of it. It was not an inexpensive sofa either which, makes the pain a little harder to take. I don't want to scare anyone else off. Maybe it was just a fluke or coincidence this happened. The design seems great. I hope you have better luck if you decide to pull the trigger. Sorry for the long review. Devon

Van someone answer me on whether this is 90 in width or 79 the add says 90 bit the picture shows 79 if anyone can verify the width I would appreciate it thx

I can't say enough about this love seat. It is so comfortable, looks great and is the perfect size for what I was looking for. All my friends always comment how nice it is.

Well made, firm cushions to sit on, oversize cups holders, recline easily. Love the compartment in the middle to put things i. I also like having the white glove delivery the guys were cautious about bringing the loveseat in

Pretty happy with it.

Pretty happy with it so far. Shipping took a few weeks, but they called and set up the delivery when I wanted them to come and they came within that time frame. They brought them in and set them up for us. They come whole so there was nothing to really put together. They do look more brown than slate which is fine by me because I wasnt sure if slate would match.

Exactly what we wanted

Ordered the sofa piece of the set, which was out of stock and the company needed to produce more. Once it came in the shipment was fast and they used a professional local delivery service to deliver it. There was no damage to the couch or defects.

We ordered online after finding this set at Ashley Furniture store, but Coleman had better pricing. As mentioned in other reviews the color in some of the pictures is definitely off. The fabric is a mix of grey and brown thread, not silver as some of the pictures show, but grey does come out as the dominate color. Sofa and loveseat are great. Seating is firm. If putting against a wall as we have done, the chair drops some so you do not need a lot of space to recline fully (they recommend 3 inches from wall). Absolutely love the wedge. The recliner is good. The only things that I do not love about the recliner are that it is a little narrow, the recliner dips forward if your feet are not on the ground, and the chair seems to slide back gradually after sitting and standing. The chair is on a 360 swivel base, so that is nice.

Great service and product

I am very pleased with my Acieona Slate Living Room Set. The seats are plush and the reclining is smooth. I saved quite a bit ordering from Coleman. The in house set up went nice and easy. I was hesitant about the 4-6 week wait but it wasn't bad at all and there was constant communication along the way. Went faster than expected.
