Cheesy sofa
It’s not as sturdy as it states. Already sinking in. Hardly any cushion. Plus, when reclining, it makes a noise that sounds like the motor is going out. Only had it for a few months. Disappointing!

We bought pretty much all our furniture for our new home from here. Excellent customer service excellent prices and very helpful. In every way we did have a couple returns just because when we got them in the house wasn’t going to work with a decor and returns were very easy to get done, great people delivery and sales

Alessandro Reclining leather sofa
The sales person was great as were the two delivery guys. Our first sofa came damaged, so we waited a week with no sofa in our living room. The second sofa came missing a support piece so when we used the reclining feature it scratched our wood flooring. AFW said they would get the missing part ordered right away. A few days later I received an email stating they couldn't order the part for 2 months. Still waiting to see if AFW will repair our scratched flooring. Have always shopped AFW, my cousin even worked there for years. Probably will never go back, there are other furniture stores. The 3 star rating is entirely for the sales person and the two delivery guys.

Wonderful Addition to any home
This reclining couch set is sturdy and cozy. The dimensional brown shades provide flexibility with matching in different room tones. The recliners are quite comfortable and we love the added bonus of the USB option on all sides of the set. Highly recommend.
