Comfortable
This love seat was perfect for our office at home. Comfort, Quality and looks amazing. You can just wipe clean if you spill. Another feature we like the arms are flat not rounded so if you need to rest a book or a coffee mug you can. Reasonably priced.
Love the color and the comfort. Also have matching recliner.

Bolsena Leather Loveseat
Great color, good quality, allows us to sit comfortably without using pillows behind our backs, and fits into almost any living room decor.
Poor Delivery & Poor Quality
First off, The BJ's product page states that this item includes white glove delivery, however when the 3rd party contracted delivery company AIT Worldwide logistics showed up with the furniture they stated that that was not the case, and left the loveseat and all the packaging in the entryway hall.
Worst customer service!
I'm sorry to say that our experience with AFW left us deeply disappointed. We feel as though we were misled and taken advantage of by the company. This encounter has taught us a valuable lesson, and we will ensure to avoid any further involvement with them in the future.

The AFW team was super helpful & great to work with. I love that the prices are always at their lowest, no specific dates where you feel rushed or pressured to buy. Their delivery process was SO easy and 100% worth it. Their team was super communicative from the store to the delivery. The delivery crew was very professional and left not one mark on any wall, door frame, etc. Completely worth the cost to avoid the hassle and stress of moving them in ourselves. Thank you!
Bolsena leather couch soft and comfortable, very happy!!
We found the Ashley Furniture Bolsena leather couch on line. We went to the Ashley Furniture store in Albuquerque to see it in person. We loved it! We told Ashley Furniture sales manager we found the same couch at American Furniture Warehouse (AFW) in Denver for $200 less, and they had plenty in stock and could deliver within 2 weeks to Albuquerque metro area. Ashley Furniture did not have their own couch in stock, would be mid December to receive and deliver to our home, and could not price match. I went online and ordered the couch immediately from American Furniture Warehouse (AFW).
Great Experience
It was our first time buying furniture at American Furniture Warehouse. From the time we walked in to when our furniture was delivered, everything was great. Both the in person associates and the customer service department was top notch. We will absolutely be returning to buy more furniture in the future!
