READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING! This couch could be so nice if they actually tried. The backs are SO LOW that you cant lean against them, and the cushions have no support so they fall off the backs. The bags are not down filled, they feel like plastic bags in the couch and make a crunching sound like trash bags. Do not recommend this couch for the price.

Might be a great sofa for someone that has the space and doesn’t mind the cushions sliding everywhere this sofa is not for me I am returning it

In terms of dimensions and profile and comfort it's 5 stars, but the faux leather is easily torn or punctured (cat owners, beware) and if you sit in the same place every day it'll only take a month for that area to sink in a bit.

This couch is terrible. Feathers coming out of cushions daily that stick in your skin. Plus, very uncomfortable, a total rip off, don't buy! You will be sorry.

Good quality knock-off of the RH cloud couch

Good quality knock-off of the RH cloud couch. A little stiff but breaks in quickly. Super easy clean up (we purchased white with a baby + animals. Vacuums and wipes up nicely). Cushions could be a bit more plush. I rotate them weekly because they go flat.

this couch is beautiful and comfortable. the material seems to be nice and thick. We have two dogs so that is important to us. the fasteners that keep each piece in place are good quality so it doesn’t move around at all. and I love that the ottoman doubles as the chaise and you can put it both left or right facing. my only complaints are 1) the shipping company almost left 3 whole pieces of the couch on the truck, they unloaded the two boxes and closed the door to the truck telling us our order was only 2 boxes when it was 5 and did not realize until my husband said something. And 2) it smells weird, almost like a sweaty locker room. i am going to wipe it down a few more times but I really hope the smell goes away.

I love my sofa

It finally arrived! Covid didn't keep this sofa from coming. Even still it seemed to take forever about ( 3 MONTHS), I'm glad it is here. It is so very beautiful. In truth a bit firmer and the seating lower then I expected. However very white like I wanted. There where a few heck ups once it arrived, however the awesome and friendly customer support agent Gisselle worked it out for me immediately and set my mind at easy. Even still I have yet to sit on it because yeah its WHITE lol... I LOVE MY SOFA. Lol

Best couch ever!

This sectional was everything I have been looking for! The fabric is kind of burlap-ish but the comfort level is what I was wanting!

Cons: I got the white sectional and it came stained. Wouldn’t even come off. The furniture floor pads that it came with didn’t stick very well. The thread count on this isn’t very high. It will probably rip within a couple of years and I can see the cushion through it.

Love the look!

I’m very happy with the material, color, and overall look, but was surprised by how low the actual couch is. While the cushions (thankfully!) make it visually appear taller, I do wish the actual back was a bit higher. I know, my fault for not double checking dimensions!

Very comfy

Deep couches are perfect for lounging. Bought white couch and it looks great. Super comfy. Bought one extra piece to make the couch larger to fit more people. Easy to brush dust off since the are white.
