Very uncomfortable design. The headrest protrudes way past back rest and it feels like you have no back support.

Wonderful, extremely well made and comfortable sofa. It looks gorgeous in our house. Very happy with my purchase. I did purchase the service contract because of the power operation, and that gives me great peace of mind. Also had Ashley deliver and set up. Their people were super nice. I bought the oversized recliner too. So glad I found this set.

Almost a loved keeper

The back seat is very tall. I only got this couch because the other, similar gray couch was on back order and then canceled. I do appreciate the arm rests being fluffy soft. Why is the back so tall?!

We purchased both the double chair and the couch. They work very well and are extremely comfortable. We are remodeling our home and don’t have everything in place yet. When we do , we would be happy to forward a picture.

I will not buy from Nebraska furniture Mart

Every time I buy something from Nebraska furniture Mart there's always something wrong on the loveseat the center door does not open all the way so now I have to wait for a new one coming

Quick Service and exactly what we ordered.

We ordered this couch and a matching loveseat on the same day. Unfortunately, Overstock didn't have our loveseat so we ordered it from another place on the same day, with both estimates of deliveries being within a day of each other. We got this couch ahead of estimate and the other (from the other place) never got shipped, We've been enjoying our Overstock couch for 3 weeks now and had to cancel the loveseat oder from the other place because, once again, it is delayed once again. We found a similar loveseat now on Overstock and ordered that today. (The other place is 1StopBedrooms in case you were wondering). Thanks Overstock for delivering on your promise!

We bought 2 of these ,to match a cuddler(recliner and a half ) chair .these are comfortable and leather is soft ,they were firm the first days but are "breaking in nicely, i would highly recommended them
