Looks great and matches but breaks easily
This matches nicely with the other Ashville bathroom decor which I love, however this has a very weak attachment for the ring part of the holder so that it breaks off quite quickly. I replaced the part once after a couple of months and the next one lasted about a year and broke again. Disappointed that I have to keep fixing it or will have to replace with a non-matching towel holder instead.
This is the third of these towels rings I have bought in a year. The bar part breaks off very easily.

It has a very nice finish and adds to the bathroom. The trim detail makes it standout. It is definitely a quality product and I would order it again.
Internal anchor part made of brittle metal
A few years ago the internal part that holds the ring inside the wall base, that the set screw pushes against to hold in place, snapped in half. Tried various options to fix it but it appears I need to buy an entire new set for the sake of a 50 cent part.

Pretty but not for long
We purchased 2 of these towel rings November 2019 but they weren't installed until January 2020 in our master bathroom. They look great but the ring on my side has already broken and the one on my husband's side is feeling shaky.

Really disappointed in this. The ring broke within 1 day...
Really disappointed in this. The ring broke within 1 day of installing. There is only a small piece going into the stem, and then there is channel for set screw to hold in place. It broke right there. Would have expected more from Moen, especially with at this price. But luckily Home Depot exchanged no question and I didn’t have to worry about paying $ to ship back for warranty.
