Delta fails customers
I purchased a Delta towel rack. The screw connecting the rack to the mounting hardware didn't work. I tried multiple fixes and contacted their warranty department. I was on hold for over 3 hours before they disconnected me. Just before disconnect they had they said I had to contact a different company and they never contacted me.
Never order from Wayfair. If you need to exchange or return an item they will charge you an extortionate fee.
Towel bar
It is as described on the website. Met my expectations.
These are okay. They are as pictured but not as solid and sturdy as I would like. They are very pretty and easy to install.

A really nice towel bar at a very reasonable cost. The Delta Linden bar was close in design to the Kohler accessories we had. My husband had to cut the bar to fit and installation went well. Very pleased.

New house and builder installed Delta LInden faucets, hand towel and tp holder. Bought this to go with but not quite a 100% match. Not sure if builder ordered something different or if contractor grade is different than this?
