Put me on bench coach, I’m ready!

The wood is solid wood, a deep gorgeous color, with an incredibly smooth finish on the bench top and legs. The legs have built-in plastic bushings on the feet. The assembly is easy as it comes with ALL PARTS (labeled) and the only tool you need is INCLUDED. The only recommendation I would make (I am a professional carpenter, not even kidding) is this: hand tighten all the bolts before using the tool; if it doesn’t tighten easily by hand, unscrew it and try again…similar to screwing lids on jelly jars or grey poupon. It will seat correctly until it is time to use the Allen wrench; use it long ways, turning on the short end to get it tightened… when it becomes difficult to tighten, TURN NO MORE. It doesn’t have to be squeaking tight; you will fracture the wood this way. Trust me on this one, the factory did a good job of pre drilling the holes to the right depths. Here are some pictures with some objects included for relative perspective on the color and how big the thing actually is. TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY!!! Would buy more if I could fit them around my residence. Reminds me of a nice piano bench. One caveat: total weight rating is only 300 lbs.

Nice Bench

Nice, sturdy bench for our dining table. Matches as close as I could find to the wood stain color. Doesn't tip easy. Will probably buy another one just to match on both sides of the table.

Exactly what I wanted for my dining room. It feels solid and the color was exactly as described (you never know with wood tones sometimes).

Easy to assemble, nice addition to change table from sitting 4 to sitting 6. Likely be hard for 2 adults to share bench but would work well for kids.

exactly what i needed

I needed a sturdy bency but couldn't find the right color to match the dinning room table. I found this bench ,sanded this and painted it , tone of blue. It came out perfect! My family used it for dinner today!

Good solid bench, it doesnt wobble and sits firmly even when someone sits on it. I'm impressed with it. I needed a somewhat brighter color for an area and this oak tone was perfect, and not too bright, just enough to stand out a bit but one can easily paint them as they choose.

Shaker Bench

You can't go wrong purchasing this bench. This is the 3rd one I have bought. It is Very well made. Solid wood, and really strong. No worries about it collapsing. They are offering and beautiful new color; walnut. Much nicer than the orange shade from before. I ordered this one for displaying my plants, but may use it as a coffee table. Get it you won't be sorry.

The bench is the perfect size for our table. Assembly was easy and the bench is very sturdy. Only disappointment is the color is a little more red than I expected a natural oak to be.
