I was forced to buy these colored boards for food safety reasons. I would rather use wood in the kitchen 100% of the time. These boards are good and wash easy. They do after heavy usage get cutting grooves in them. After time these grooves throw off shards of plastic that could end up in your food. They say these are more sanitary then wood but Id rather eat wood over plastic any day.

Great, sturdy boards. The edge hooks make for easy storage. Well designed rulers on the edges and reference poster. A must have for any prep kitchen.
