I love love love this chair, but the seat was too small and I thought it would be uncomfortable after a short time. I bought the chair for an office chair and it looked perfect with my desk. I wish the manufacturer would make the identical chair with a larger seat.

This chair is unique. It is more petite than I was expecting. Looks to be a very good quality. The seat is on the firmer side so won't breakdown with repeated use. Happy with the purchase.

I returned this chair because the smell was too much. The style and the quality was excellent. It was packaged well (almost too good) and it was very sturdy and trendy. It would be great if the manufacturer could find some way to air this product out before shipping. I really wanted to keep it but I couldn't get past the chemical smell.
The Perfect Mud Century Desk Chair.
Let's beg with the over the top Professional Packing and Boxing. A Very Heavy Duty Carigated outer box and I do mean Heavy Duty Higher quality than a Professional Moving Company would use.The Chairs inner packing was equally impressive. Both the today and bottom if the chair we're fitted with cardboard. The chair was wrapped a number of times with bubble wrap a d a styrofoam top as well. Also had thin cardboard paper like wrap around it . The process of unpacking took about 12 minutes. I was quite carful . Upon fully unwrapping the Chair I was astounded by the Quality and workmanship if this piece. The Leather and padding as well as the wrought iron frane we're of very high quality . The color was indeed a dark brown. If you choose to use this very high quality chair as a desk chair or purchase a set of 2-4 or 6 of them for dining table chairs you would be wise to do so. This chair is so fairly priced as to my hands in observation it's truly a High End classic at a bargain price . It is very comfortable I am a out 5'8" tall and weigh about 150 lbs and it's perfect. It has a small footprint as well. It is even better than the photo depicted. If you are of medium build a d frame this is the chair for you. Overstock you did it again !

I have a beautiful table with very traditional tall upholstered chairs. The chairs had some wear and tear and were *** a piece to re-upholster. This is what prompted me to search for some new chairs. My table is a beautiful large wood table but has a few nicks and beauty marks from enjoying it through the years. I wanted new chairs that were tall enough to sit at the table (not feel like a kid), distressed enough to go with my current table and not be fabric. These chairs were perfect. With the lower backs and metal legs, my dining room looks at least 50% bigger. The chairs were delivered promptly by Overstock.

I have a wonderful RAW EDGE TABLE and was having a hard time finding a perfect chair....I sent away for so many...sigh....these are HUGELY DISCOUNTED @ OVERSTOCK and they are WONDERFUL. Beautiful workmanship with the leather and they are comfortably padded. They compliment the table not overwhelm it ....like so many do. THEY LIKE EACH OTHER.....I like having a unique home and these are perfect for the job.
