Tub freestanding

Tub was nice. The Drainpipe that came with it was very cheap and leaked when we installed it. My husband ended up redoing it using abs piping. The tub came with no instructions, and the overflow insert keeps falling out. Also when they delivered the tub, it was left nowhere near our door. Thank goodness I have a strong husband and son!

Poor Quality. Worse Customer Service.

NOT IN DESCRIPTION, but this is a 2-piece design. There was a huge gap between the skirt and the tub. Skirt was also damaged. Turned upside down, & saw how poor the assembly was and more damage. NO live customer service agents. EMAIL ONLY! They did reply quickly to my email ONLY to offer ME A REPLACEMENT SKIRT. They wanted me to repair the faulty product & be good with that. When I pressed for a full replacement, they said take it to Home Depot for a refund due to shipping company damage.

Beautiful Elegant tub

This tub is beautiful. Remodeled my bathroom and chose this tub as I wanted a free standing tub but didn't want to deal with legs and having to clean under it. This was the perfect solution due to the platform. Easy to install. Has leveling legs under the platform and came with what was needed to hook up the drain. The only thing I didn't like was that there was not an option for a chrome drain. I had to go with the white.

Bathroom remodeling

This is a beautiful tub, however you must purchase the drain, which can set you back an additional $300.00. Make sure you inquire about additional plumbing requirements.

Love the tub EXCEPT the half inch gab on the floor between the floor and the tub skirt. Way too much of a gap to put any type of caulking. Not sure what to do.

I love my one that flew over the Coos nest institutional tub. It is easy to install with the proper drain. Also, tile up to the tub; do not set it on top of the tiles, or you will have a nightmare trying to steady it.

Very nice tub, arrived quickly, while the package had damages the tub didn’t seem to. Very sturdy, nice size tub and not too deep.

Beautiful Elegant Tub

This tub is beautiful. I have been designing my masterbath bath for several years and knew i wanted a free standing tub but did not want to have to worry about cleaning the floor underneath it. This pedistal tub was perfect. Not too heavy. Well packaged and well made.

This is a nice unit: compact, attractive, the right look for my space. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that, after my carpenter went to a lot of trouble to level the floor in my old (1809) house, it turned out that the tub is slightly warped, so it doesn’t sit level. This is not a huge problem for me — it still drains well enough, and I’m used to things being a little uneven in an old house — but it needs to be perfect to earn a 5.

Body and skirt two piece distorted bottom skirt

This tub came with no instructions, packaged screws, and poorly crated/ packaged.

It looks beautiful now but you'd save yourself money buying a more expensive model because this one had so many manufacturing flaws it cost a lot of hours to get it installed. Poor design, poor quality (we had to cut the bottom ring to make it even because it was about 3 inches out longer on one side). The way the floor mounting works makes it almost impossible to get it level without building a box for it anyway. Super annoying. Pretty in the end though.

The drain leaks

The plastic drain on the bottom of the tub leaks and my installer has spent 4 hours trying to install this tub. Now he has to go and find another drain for the tub in order to install it. Now I am being charged for 6 hours of installation plus him buying a new drain. Still no response from Vanity Art.

Poor customer service and flimsy Tub!

When I get notice that the tub has arrived I find that the price was reduced by $50, but the company would not honor the reduction for me. The home depot lady asked if she can cancel the sale and recharge it at the new $689 price. They told her no it was a special order and not returnable or cancelable and that it was only a one day special...? It is three days later and still at the reduced price! Contractor said it is very thin & cheaply made. He will never install another one of these tubs

Comfortable Tub - Manufacturer Defect

We purchased this bathtub as the focal point of our newly renovated bathroom.

The tub is the center of attention in my bathroom. It is perfect for soaking and easy to install. I did purchase a drain kit to make installation even easier. It is easy to clean and after almost two years its still shiny. I use non abrasive cleaning products and a Mr. Clean sponge,

Bottom piece not completely level

Good value for the money. But bottom piece is not completely level, slightly warped leaving a 1/4" gap on one side. Not a big deal as we just put that side to the back wall and filled with caulk.

This tub is exceptional! I put it together with cream tiles and brushed brass fixtures. So elegant and sophisticated and warming to the room. Feels like a spa!

Don't Buy IT

First tub arrive with a large red scuff on the top rim of the tub. It was returned. The second tub was installed by my contractor. There is a significant gap between the skirt and the tub. The tub is flimsy, and creaks/squeaks when you step into the tub. I am 5'8 and can't extend my legs in the tub. I would return this tub if it wasn't already installed in the bathroom. This is my second review, the first one was not posted to the Home Depot website. I would not buy this tub again.
