Since catching COVID in 2020 I developed asthma. I have my Austin allergy air purifier in my bedroom which definitely helps me sleep better

Not Sure Yet!!!

The filter that came in the Austin Air weighted about 25lbs… The replacement that was sent after I provided my serial number is much lighter than the original… I have bought several replacements down through the years and they have all been heavy… All that said, it remains to be seen whether or not the lighter unit will work…

The most amazing filter in the Universe

Since getting the new filter installed, the most incredible changes have taken place. Not only have all the floaties disappeared, but I find I can now play the piano, where before I could not, my wife's frozen shoulder has all of a sudden recovered, unsolicited calls on my phone have all but ceased, my refridgerator seems to be mysteriously full of delicious food choices (which frankly is completely baffling to my wife and I). Yes, I truly recommend getting this filter because remarkable changes will take place!

Remodel work would have been impossible without our Austin Air machines

We have three Austin Air purifiers in our home. Recently, we had a remodeling company remove some economy engineered wood flooring that was NOT California Resource Board level 2 qualified for Formaldehyde safety. The workman used a rotary saw to cut the engineered wood flooring into short pieces so that it could be "unglued" from the concrete floor. We had wood dust and formaldehyde glue dust EVERYWHERE. As it was, we are still using wet disposable utility cloths to get the dust off EVERYTHING in our house. All of our new vinyl flooring was covered in dust. We had to use an entire box of Swiffer wet pads to clean our floors before we could allow our cat to walk the floors. If we did not have the Austin Air purifiers, we would have been unable to sleep in our own home.

Excellent experience from start to finish ...

Thank you for your assistance purchasing a replacement filter for an existing machine at our nonprofit. The machine was purchased years ago and no paperwork existed but customer service was able to answer all our questions, and then some.

This is the air purifier you want if you have a large space and want super fresh smelling air. I put it on medium at night in the family living area and wake up to purified air. Aaahhh...

Shocking amount of stuff caught by old filter

This is second time we have replaced a filter over the years we have owned two units. The filters replace easily - the old filter has gathered an enormous amount of stuff we'd otherwise been breathing in.

Effective Filter Amazing Product

It's simple to operate and is very effective. I am writing this review after using the product for about a month. I had got this product mainly for my mother who suffers from allergic rhinitis. I use it regularly. One main consideration that went into the decision of buying the filter was that it has three layesrs of filters Carbon filter and HEPA filter. I'll simplify my take on this filter as below:- Does it work? : Yes. When I open the filters, I am able to see a lot of dust that the air purifier captures every week. Do you feel it in air?: No! There is no difference that you may feel in the air as such - but checking the filters you can see visible proof that the dust has been sucked from air.)

Great Product...worth buying!!

I am quite happy with this product, I have buyed this product since there has been construction going in my nearby area which is causing so much of air pollution and making us difficult to breath. After I took this product, am very happy satisfied and would recommend to other as well :)

Replacement Hega filter Austin air

Purchased the replacement Hega filter for the Austin air cleaner. They are inexpensive filter but they do last for several years.
