The carpet fibers shed all over the place. They're all over my house. In my car. Everywhere! Before long, there'll be no carpet fibers left . don't waste your time buying. But looks great!

We love the ottoman. The color is exactly as pictured. It is quite sturdy. The double stitching on the upholstered surface for the top, adds a perfect accent.

Excellent! This item arrived quickly, has great storage and looks beautiful. I wish the reversible squares had some sort of pulley I could use to unwedge them when turning them over, but other than that, this item rocks!

We love our new ottoman! I wanted storage, my husband wanted a flat surface for drinks and stuff. We got that and more. Lots of room for blankets, games, etc. And the top is divided into four sections, so you can have a flat surface for drinks and put your feet up at the same time. Love the material. It will dimple, but you just have to gently wipe your hand over it and the dimples disappear. We got gray to go with our new sofa, which arrives in a few weeks.

This ottoman is great. I was looking for something with versatility and this is it. It’s large, looks modern, tons of storage, trays are sturdy. I gave it 4 starts because the gray/taupe color is slightly lighter online than in person which is not a huge deal, everything works as I hoped it would.

This has been pretty versatile for us. Not too heavy so you can reposition it if you want but not flimsy so you can place feet and drinks and it doesn’t move or sway. We love having the tray option and it has a huge amount of storage. The foam stays a little dented and the fabric a bit loose looking for a little bit after removing your feet but goes back to normal pretty quickly.

Well they say a picture is worth 1000 words! One cushion sent was the wrong color and fabric all together. Another was scuffed. Reached out and asked for a replacement, hopefully we do not have to deal with the hassle of shipping this huge item back.
