Very fast set-up!

Missing parts

It was identified as 2 packages when I ordered it. We I received the main package it was listed as 1 of 1. In accordance to the package list (photo below), I was missing the 8 foam walls, 8 foam angles, 3 caps, the filtration cartridge and the cartridge holder. It appears that the box had been opened previously.

was not the easiest instructions, but its up

I did not like the instruction sheet. Was very vague and no help at all. The hot tub is great!!

barely worked and no one will respond!!!!!

this spa was working great for maybe a week and then would just shut off. I spoke to company directly and after 3 weeks of discussing issues they told me to contact seller for a warranty return christmas central has NOT gotten back to me at all. the purchase was over $1000 and does not work!!!!!

nice but small

instructions are useless-tub is smaller than expected, no way you're fitting 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. 3 adults max. (im small, 125 pound female) it is a very sturdy tub though. will definitely last

Bad buisness for the third party, not happy.

I wasn’t happy with the size of the tub. It says 6 person and I’d be surprised if three people fit comfortably. I try to return the item and have been getting the run around for days, they said they’d send me a shipping label in 48 hours, it’s been 4 days I’ve called 3 times and still no email with a label. I definitely would not recommend.
