Junk

Struggles to heat up to 100 degrees. The blow up hot tub we used to have worked much better for half the price. Very disappointed.

Horrible

Don’t purchase. Walmart won’t back it up and neither will the seller. Bought in Feb. Wouldn’t hear past 101 degrees. Thot it might be the cold weather. It wasn’t. 37 days later after trying to give it the benefit of the doubt due to the cold weather, Walmart strung me along for a month telling me they guarantee they will take car if this. Didn’t want my money back, just simply wanted a replacement pump/heater. After over a month Walmart says they can’t help because I contacted them 37 days after purchase and they will only help for 30 days. Same for company Walmart goes thru. It’s a rip off from both the selling company AND Walmart. Will not trust Walmart.com again. They could’ve told me to go jump in a lake from the get go but kept the back and forth going for over a month. Hoping I would get tired and give up I suppose. And their word guarantee means absolutely nothing. Very disgusted in both Walmart and the company it’s defective so are they so now I’m stuck with something I paid over $1000 for including tax it doesn’t work right I don’t have money like that to throw around-I’m on a fixed income. This is terrible customer service.

A more efficient, deeper and classier portable spa

4 out of 5 overall, it is literally just a regular plug and play 120v portable spa with solid foam sides instead of inflatable. This gives a smaller footprint while deeper and more efficient even with more water than inflatables. There are no real other options in this price range that is nice balance between plug and play, portable, efficiency and price. it is also sold under other brand names at a much higher price.

Major step up from inflatables!

Amazing value when you can find it under 900 bucks! Operates exactly like an inflatable 120v plug and play models, with the same long time to initially heat and cheap S1 filters available out there, but you still need a handheld pool skimmer to get all the hair and debris out. You also have to know/willing to learn your spa chemistry if you don't want unhealthy, itchy water, you gotta balance pH, maintain alkalinity and hardness, etc and not just dump chlorine in. You can use baking soda as pH up, muriatic acid (deck cleaner) as pH down and cheap gallon jugs of pool chlorine once you get the stabilizer built up with regular pool/spa chlorine. Calcium to add harness if you have soft water is cheap too. 7 in 1 test strips are cheap on the rain forest site. I Love how the walls are so much thinner and stronger than on inflatables we had before, it is much better insulated to use in colder weather, so it uses less power to maintain the temp and it takes up a smaller footprint yet is larger and deeper inside. Also, the bubbles come from much better areas: along the lower back and up the sides in 4 spots compared to just along the bottom on inflatables. Assembly is a little more involved than on inflatables and the instructions are poor in this regard, search for "Wave swift correct install video" on YouTube to get a better visual on connecting the additional hoses/t-connectors for this.

DONT BUY THE HOT TUB!

They quit bubbling after one use. If you don't return it within 30 days, you are out of luck. They are in China and good luck getting repairs under that 1 year fake warranty! DO NOT BUY THIS HOT TUB!
