I ordered this cabinet online through the Home Depot website and was so excited to receive it for our kitchen because it was going to fit our space and color scheme perfectly. 8 pieces came damaged (chips, scratches, chunks missing, cracked wood base). I contacted the company. The company said they would send me replacement parts and a touch up pen. They made me go through each piece with them on the phone, describe the damage, and then send them photos of each piece. 2 days later Crosley said they were no longer sending replacement parts because too many pieces were damaged. Crosley requested that I rebox the item and return it to the retailer instead. The closest retailer is 40 minutes from our home. I will never buy Crosley again. Home Depot was extremely accommodating and understanding. They had great customer service in store and apologized for all the hassle. The box it was delivered in had two puncture holes. My husband thinks a forklift may have also poked through the box at some point either at the Crosley or Home Depot warehouse.

Take your time

Nice piece of furniture! Take your time putting it together. Look closely at the instructions and follow them closely. Note the location of the small metal plates on the corner of the doors and make sure you orient them correctly to match the magnets on the cabinet. Note the rails on the drawers and note that one end is open, and one end is closed. The open end must face to the rear of the drawer.

Only a few area lined up properly.

This was a nightmare to put together. Only some of the holes aligned. Because of this there are gaps where there shouldn’t be any. I was so disappointed because I thought we were getting a quality product. I actually ended up with an embarrassment that I will get rid of as soon as I can afford to.

Looks great! all pieces were in box. It took 3 1/2 hours to assemble. it’s perfect for what I bought it for.

Perfect size for the space we need to use as a coffee bar. The quality is ok for the price. The top is not real marble but looks fine. I am going to change out the hardware which I think will snazz it up a bit. Assembly definitely took some time but the instructions were good! (I did it myself)

very attractive, not too difficult to assemble. the two outside cabinets are very small and I had a difficult time finding things to fit in them. A broken cabinet front customer service sent out a new piece within the week.

The cabinet coloring was a perfect match for my kitchen decor. The shelves are not as wide as I had hoped. The counter top is a perfect match for my flooring.

Received kitchen island damaged!

Island was received damaged! Top was damaged contacted Walmart. They said they would return the item but it had to be packed in the original box which I don’t have anymore and I can return it to the store but that’s not possible for me and to disassemble it,it took a long time to put it together is more work.

I am completely disappointed with this item. The top part is very soft making it vulnerable to scratches and damage. I wrote to the manufacturer who advised that the top was not meant as a work surface. If this was the case, why didn’t it say that in the description. I am trying very hard to protect the surface but a small bubble appeared on the top which must have burst and is a completely different color from the “wood” look of the top. I am a senior citizen and had to pay someone to assemble the piece. I am unable to do that again. Aesthetically it is beautiful but not at all functional as a kitchen island. The whole purpose of this item was to increase my work space.

Heavy duty

This island needed for extra storage that will be used daily, in a small condo kitchen. Alot of pieces to put together so it took about 3 hours for one person. Parts and directions were accurate. Paid more then I wanted to. But, it paid off for this heavy duty cart and easy sliding drawers. Just be alittle more careful with the marble look top. Liked that it offered 2 different legs. I didn't want rollers. The grey color was as pictured. Would buy again.

Beautiful

Im absolutely in Love with this Island, I searched everywhere for the perfect size, features and color! Very easy to put together, instructions were easy to read and follow. Makes my now open kitchen complete 💕

Great addition to kitchen

It is very important to take your time when putting together. Pay close attention to what is top, front and back. The drawers will need some lubricant to make them open and close easily. I was able to put together only but took about five hours. Great product and strong.I put 2 doors upside down. Once that is down no Changing that. I had to switch the strike plate. I like it much better with the legs.

missing shelfs

My husband spent 4 hours building this thing. To find out at the end that the shelfs was missing wont return it because he didnt build it for no reason. Color is nice so is top counter but very upset the shelfs are not there.

This is exactly the size we needed for our pantry. However, the box was damaged so some pieces were too and the color is too dark. In addition, it was delivered early which is normally great but since it’s a new house we didn’t have access to yet, it became a big issue with the sellers of the home.

Looks beautiful. Fairly easy to put together. Good quality for price. The only improvement would suggest is to make the top of a more durable material like a laminate finish for durability. It does have bit of a chemical odor for awhile.

Its a beautiful piece of furniture. Be prepared for the strong chemical smell of the paint. It will last a few days. It was an easy assembly but you do need two people for some parts. The side cabinets are a little smaller then usual islands.

I needed a small kitchen island for my basement that I was turning into a suite for my mother and this turned out to be perfect. I put the wheels on it so it can be moved easily, and it is light and extremely easy to move. The top really looks like quartz and it is sturdy and has held up well so far. I looked at so many kitchen islands before deciding on this one and I can’t believe my luck!
