Terrible quality - not a "thick rug"

Very disappointed with this rug. I thought it would be denser since it is 2" thick. The material is 2" but the fibers are weak and sparse so it does not have a thick feel when you walk on it. I will need to buy a pad for under it.

I absolutely love my rug. It has a nice backing. That is very quality and I did not need to put anything underneath it to hold it in place. It has a wonderful thickness to it and looks expensive.

This rug takes WORK.

I'll start by saying that I probably was in over my head when I purchased this rug. It looked great at first, but after more than a year of ownership, this rug is sad looking. I vacuumed without the roller on and made sure to move the furniture around occasionally, but it still mocks me. The biggest problem I have, is the matting of the fibers as there is zero way to fix this. A cup of water was spilled and a towel was used to press on it to remove the water and boy, was that a mistake, because that area of my rug basically flattened down and became an impenetrable sheet of matted fibers. I've never been able to re fluff the area. I tried a pet comb, a large tooth person comb and compressed air- NADA.don't.

This rug is gorgeous. We also bought two runners for the sides of our bed. Very soft on the feet. Colors are bolder than on the online pics.

Not easy to clean but definitely comfortable. Sadly after 2 years, I’m giving it up.

Love these rugs, plush and excellent quality. Love the feel on bare feet first thing in the morning and they make my bedroom feel so comfy. So happy I found these rugs after searching for months.

Love this rug. It is very soft under bare feet and looks great as well. It took a while to flatten out after being rolled up for shipping but was well worth the wait.

Came fast and was well packed (pause). The rug rolled out easy and only one side needed some weighted items to keep the curl down, which was gone after one day.

The smell of this rug is migraine inducing. If you are sensitive to smells, this will not work for you. We laid it down and had to pull it back up and put it in the garage. I wish i could return it at this point
