We absolutely love this faucet. We’ve been dealing with low water pressure on our old faucet. Not this one, it’s great! And it looks great too. And I’m able to turn the spray on without any difficulty at all.

Nice faucet, sprayer could be better

Very nice faucet. Solid handle, nice simple design. The sprayer function is pretty weak and the diameter of spray is not much larger than the faucet diameter that is coming out of.

Love this faucet. I've had it for about 6 months. It does splash even in deep sinks. The stream is nice and I love the spray. It would be nice if the spray function could stay on so that you can keep the spray function constant.

German Quality

Hansgrohe has factories in several countries, but this model is built in Germany and the quality is accordingly high. It feels solid, the hose is braided metal (not plastic), the handle works with fingertip pressure, and the spray function cleans plates beautifully. We love it!

Laminar Flow from a Beautiful Kitchen Faucet

I love this faucet; the laminar flow from the faucet makes it nice to use. I did not realize the water would come out like this but it was an awesome bonus.

Minimalistic and sleek, great quality, smooth operation, easy to keep sparkling clean. Worth the splurge. Highly recommended.

Weak pressure

I'm hoping there is a restricted I can remove, this is our second faucet by this manufacturer and the pressure on this one is considerably less. Please advise!!

Love the faucet! Looks great, easy to clean and use. Great flow. I wasn't too sure about the look of handle but after it was installed I liked it a lot.

First one received was defective

The first unit I received did not have the proper internal fitting to accept the swivel stop and had to be returned. Called the Hans Grohe tech and he took three or four days to get back to me to return it. Thankfully, the Build.com rep., Brittany, was extraordinarily responsive and considerably faster and I had a new one overnight. As far as the installation and operation, it is pretty straight forward. They leave plenty of connection hose, so reaching the shut off valves was easy. I bought the larger model, but in hindsight, should have gone with the smaller one. The reach one the larger on goes way over center of the Blanco sink I installed. You get a bit of a splash when using it as there is no air introduced at he nozzle. Still getting used to that one.

Can't complain, expensive but high quality! Reminds me of a perrin and rowe quality but more contemporary in design.

Excellent quality build, and the under mount system is much easier to manage than inferior single nut types. Long high quality hoses make connections and routing a breeze, no additional supplies required.

like the look and ease of using. we turned the pullout so the switch faces the back. gives it a nice cleaner look. will be putting an aerator to improve the water flow (although the current stream looks very nice- not functional)

Nice solid unit. It was very easy to install. Very clean lines and I'm impressed with the easy of adjusting temperature and volume of water flow. So far very pleased.

Great quality. I would but it again except...

Very nice faucet except that the spout is very high and if your sink is not very deep it will get you wet. My suggestion is to mount to close to the back wall so you can get more depth between the faucet and the front of the sink.

Excellent faucet

The Axor Criterio blends in perfectly in our kitchen with all other appliances. This is a solid and finely built faucet we will surely enjoy for years. Kudos to qualify Bath for expediting the order fulfillment. Highly recommended.

Large, Beautiful Faucet

Measurements don't really convey the size of this faucet, it's large and heavy. However, in my new wet bar, it's beautiful and perfect. Most visitors say, "Wow!" when they examine it. Hansgrohe products are expensive, but they also are very high quality. You will not have to repair or replace a Hansgrohe product for a long time.

Very happy with faucet

It is a difficult decision choosing a kitchen faucet with so many different choices these days but if I had to do it again I would choose this faucet again. Super easy to install. Perfect size for a 30" x 18" sink. Water pressure is a little low but I am not sure if that is not because of water conservation codes, a need to clear the filter or what. As usual Build.com was very quick with delivery.
