Purchased to upgrade decor. The color & construction could not have been better. Packing was outstanding and assembly directions were concise and clear. Seat foam is not too hard which I had feared. Totally happy.

Elegant %26 Classy

Love these chairs! Assembly was fairly easy, and they seem strong and sturdy. They have an elegant and timeless look and style. They fit in just perfect with my southwest style rug, and stain glass lamp. Love the blue fabric and the "distressed" and vintage look of the stain color of the chairs.

Beautiful and very sturdy chairs! Easy assembly. So glad we bought them from Lowe’s.

This product is not the same color as displayed. It is more of a green than blue. Returning this item has been difficult, as they are expecting me to pay the shipping cost, but they misrepresented my the product. I am working with Houzz to get this resolved.

I was expecting better quality for the price. color was not appealing and the upholstery was not well done. Returned.

Beautiful chairs

Beautiful elegant chairs! Took a bit of time to assemble though specially with trying to get the legs all even so that there's no rocking.

We lovedd everything about the chairs! Legs slightly rocking, but adjustment was quickly made. They look great with our table as though made to go with it! Thank you. Fleta Mathews

Beautiful unique style dining chairs

We love our oval back dining chairs in ice blue and the style matches our table so closely, they look as though bought as an expensive dining set.!!! Everyone who has seen them say they have made a marvelous addition to our small dining room.

Chair looks nice but faulty construction

I'm keeping these chairs because they look very nice in our dining room but the construction is faulty. Two of the four chairs had one short leg so the chair wobbles -- we had to put two felt adhesive pads under the short legs to balance the chair. Also, there was excess glue on many of the cushions and back upholstery so we had to use Goo Gone to remove the glue. We had to use an electric drill to assemble -- the Allen wrench that was provided did not do the job of screwing the chair together.

If you know the pros and cons how to put up a furniture, very easy to put up. But Way too expensive.

Unfortunately the cushion was not completely attached to the chair and you could see the glue so this was not well made at all. In addition the color of the wood is nothing like pictures. Very disappointed as this was my first time using this site and I will not be using again.

This chair is just gorgeous. It's functional and goes really well with the French writing desk I also bought from Houzz.

Easy assembly, beautiful chair with great quality!

The four chairs I recieved are of inferior quality...I know because I own the matching counter stools.

I have already done so in a previous e-mail of dissatisfaction.

I ordered 6 of these chairs and 4 came defective! Stinks because it’s a pain to get them unpacked and put together and the color is exactly what I’ve been looking for for my kitchen table. . . Chair 1 has a Broken back rest . Chair 2 has Uneven leg causing chair to be . wobbly . Chair 3 has Uneven legs, holes do not . align to attach backrest to seat cushion, gap in wood on the . back . Chair 4 has Chipped wood on the front face of . the seat cushion . . Houzz sent me 4 replacement chairs and one cake broken and 2 came where the holes do not line up causing the chairs to be extremely difficult to put together and to wobble.

Pretty chairs, but damaged easily in shipment

Love the chairs, very pretty. However, I have received 3 damaged chairs and am still waiting to receive one of the four chairs that I originally ordered a month ago. Have had to request replacement parts twice now. I will say that Hayneedle has responded to my requests quickly but the whole process has been time consuming in that they request the replacement parts and then I have to wait to have the new parts shipped again, only to receive another damaged chair. I'm a little worried that if it has damaged so easily in shipment, how well will they hold up over time?

Beautiful Dining Chairs

These dining chairs are beautiful. I chose the dark color (klein otter) because I have children and I think these will stay in great shape longer. It looks brown online but is really more of a brownish olive color. These chairs complemented the dinner table my husband built just perfectly. I ordered 6 chairs and they were very easy to assemble. However 4 were in great condition, 1 was broken, and 1 had uneven legs. Hayneedle was very prompt at sending me a label for a return. Hopefully the 2 new chairs will be free of issues.

Beautiful piece

Love this chair! It's so beautiful and sturdy. The seat of the chair seems like there's a bit of a rift in the cushion at the front end, but everything else is perfect. Bought it as a desk chair and it's great.

Best purchase

Just assembled the Brookhaven Oval Back Chair very easy and totally pleased with the overall appearance looks more elegant than i imagined and comfy as well..definitly recomend this purchase
