Baby shower gift

Our grandaughter loved this and she just delivered her baby girl. She loves everything about this product and we are so happy. I would purchase it again if I needed to.

So Disappointed...

Bought this infant nursery in anticipation of my first grandson. It's parts are cute, but that's it. After reading the instructions, I pulled all of the parts out of the box and got excited...only to find that center mechanism doesn't turn to lock or unlock, and the top rails are unstable. While both end rails never locked, the two side rails locked in hard...one side never unlocked to be able to enable to repack in the box to return this awful thing.

Nana's Gift - I stand corrected!

The first 2 pictures show how it looks when not properly following instructions. The last 2 pictures show the completed product with the canopy and changing table attached. It's very handsome and sturdy looking for my expected grandson! My only concern is that it may take me some time to take it down and re-essemble later. You have to be careful to keep the center up tight while straighten out the top sides or it will be a big problem to get it work.

Cancellation Headache

I ordered this product for my granddaughter. When the order was complete I noticed I had sent it to my address and not hers. Within five minutes. I requested a refund to change order, I t was denied on chat. I called help line, she stated she changed address and it would be sent to granddaughter's home. On the next morning I noticed the bed was coming to me. The bed to my granddaughter was in the cart?I called help line back and she stated she only saw one order with two addresses, and the order was coming to me 1-25-24. However, the date on my e-mail stated was it's coming late, 1-27-24.She said I could return the item and get a refund. All over a change of address? I knew I could get a refund! In the mean time I pay double the price for one item until my bank releases the charge. I am great grandma. Ordered a lot of items through the years and this process should not be this difficult. If you tell me not to worry, it has been taking care of, I trust you. Disappointed! Now I have to ship this order to my granddaughter, whenever it gets here before the shower. I hope I am not charged doubled.

I bought this in May and started using it roughly in September! Very hard to get the sides to snap and unsnap! The bassinet part ended up like bending and won’t go back to flat causing my daughter to lean deep into the sides of jt! So hard to clean! As a pediatric nurse who also advocates for safe sleep I highly recommend you look at a different brand! I see that this is a common issue! My daughter wasn’t even near the max weight limit! Not to mention after taking it down parts of the pack and okay just snapped and broke! If I could give less then a 1 star believe me I would!

I love everything about this pack and play. I like the functionality of using the bassinet and the cute little mobile, or I can just remove those and use the pack and play by itself. I also like that the color scheme. It’s not just some obnoxious color and pattern. It’s aesthetically pleasing and blends in well with the rest of my decor.

This is the best deal for the money of any porta crib out. There have bought six of them best gift ever gotten for a baby shower.

Dislike! I’ve purchased similar products in the past. This is the worst. The hood covers the baby’s face when not up, providing a shield for baby.

This item was purchased as a baby gift for a newborn. Given the limited space of the apartment, the gift was PERFECT!! The Mother, Grandmother and Uncle love that the Bassinet has castors and a hood. This allows them to travel with the baby, take the baby out to the park and family gatherings all while shielding the baby from the Hot Sun!!!
