We love it! It is a display in our front waiting area and we get asked about it all the time. Unfortunately it only comes in 4 colors. wish there was custom colors offered we would sell it every week if it did.

Online order fear

I’ve had more than my share of bad online experiences. But this company is first class all the way. And the delivery company kept me up to date thru the process. This sofa is equally beautiful in person as online. It is a TOV so I knew it would be sturdy. It is perfect for my space and exceeded my expectations.

Said it was in stock. Said it would ship on this day or that. Got crickets.

Nice fabric and great cushion

We ordered the sofa and waited over 1 month for it to be shipped. The wait was worth it, the fabric is of high-quality velvet, cleans super easily. The foam turned out to be the best surprise, it's comfortable but firm, after more than 1-year of use, it looks and sits like new. We got so many compliments and inquiries about where we got the sofa. It looks exactly like the picture but better in person. Very happy with the purchase

Love this couch!

We've had our couch for about 2 weeks. It took longer than expected to get here, so plan on at least 4 weeks before getting it. But once it got here it's exactly what I wanted. It's soft, but not so soft that you fall into it or have to fluff the cushions every time. The color is beautiful and it's very easy to clean! Even with a baby who loves to spit up just on the couch!

Couch perfect, customer serve even better

The couch is well made and beautiful. I ordered the couch from another dealer at first, waited a month with many promises of delivery. Finish I was told it would not be in the dealer's warehouse for another 6 weeks. I cancelled that order and ordered from Coleman. I called after ordering and explain what had happened with me first order. They called the maker, secured the last couch available and had it sent directly to me. I had never seen such amazing customer service before. I will order from Coleman again.

My Dream Couch

It was love at first-sight with this couch. It was on backorder but I have to say I'd wait 7 weeks for it all over again. The velvet is incredibly soft, it's easy to clean, and it's perfect for Saturday afternoon naps.
