Received the rug and loved it however it had a slight flaw in it. I went through the process to get a placement. The only reason for the 4 star is because the replacement process was a little confusing. But customer service helped me. I got the rug returned and just receive the replacement one and Love it!

Bad seller

Ordered once and order was cancelled by seller bc of expected delay in shipping. I decided I still wanted to see the rug and I would return if I did not like, so I reordered. A couple days after second order was placed I received a phone call stating that they expect the order to be delayed in shipping and I could cancel the order or I could keep it. I decided to not cancel the order. They told me that they would send a tracking number and then send another tracking number once it actually ships. Then the item showed delivered....with a delivery date BEFORE I had placed the order! So Walmart has contacted them requesting a refund. If I do not receive it in 48 hours I have to try again for WALMART to refund the order. Frustrating.

good quality

I used this in the kitchen in a high traffic area and it has held up well. Stains were easy to get out with spot cleaning. I have taken it outside to scrub and hose out, and dry outside. I don't know if that is how they recommend to clean it, but it worked for us.

Ends still curling up after months

This rug looks cool and is a great size for right by my back door, but I cannot get the ends to lay flat and I bought it months ago. I have put in under a heavy storage trunk for a few days, but the ends still eventually curl up. Frustrating.

Has been out on the patio for 2 months, survived several rainstorms and didn't fade in the sun. Still looks like new. Bought a second rug. Great purchase!

Fantastic!!!

Looks just like the photo. I ended up buying two rugs to have another as a backup for the larger erosion of the rug. I liked this rug so much in the picture, I decorated my entire porch around it before actually receiving the rug. I have been spot cleaning the beige because dogs are crossing the beige color a lot. It cleans up beautifully. I have looked at a lot of rugs and I kept returning to this one. The first rug I found on another website and they had my order shipped from incredible rugs to me at a higher cost, so when I saw it came direct from incredible rugs, I ordered direct from incredible rugs on a matching runner and the second large rug I purchased and at a cheaper price. Thank you incredible rugs for sourcing this rug. Glad I found your site, albeit in a round about way! Your shipping was great as well comparatively. My first order got dropped through the other merchant so I waiting three times as long to receive my first order. Thanks again!

Simple southwest pattern goes with everything.

This is a charcoal gray, not true black, but great because it doesn't show the dirt and dust much. I have them in a low traffic area on my front porch. The pattern works well with my Santa Fe, Arizona home. I would recommend for indoors or outdoors.

Statement piece

Even though this is and indoor and outdoor rug I use it in my son's bedroom. It is very pretty and a statement piece upon entering. I did a navy plaid with red baywindow look and it compliments the whole room nicely.

I absolutely love this rug. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality. Even though it's indoor/outdoor, it's soft and comfortable on bare feet. We needed something that could take a beating (dog; children) and this has held up beautifully--especially considering how much more traffic it's endured with all of us home all day long.

Dries quick

This is a great outside rug. The design matches my style. The quality is superb since I have had it for a couple years and it has withheld the summer days. Dries very quick. Highly recommend!

Excellent product. It is Exactly as described. I Only wish it had more grip on the bottom. It slips a bit on hardwood. Works well on deck though. Color is bright.

Beautiful rugs

I have dogs, so have been using indoor/outdoor rugs in my living room and dining room for about 10 years. It's wonderful that I was able to get a matching set, one rug for the living Room and 1 for the dining Room. The color is so beautiful. I love the simple pattern which complements perfectly my 80 year old Spanish style home! I use the rugs for a couple of years in doors, and then and move them out to the patio so it's always fun to get an updated look. I was very happy that I was able to get these rugs on clearance sale. I would recommend these rugs without reservation

I loved this rug initially but after a period of time the edges frayed quite a bit. It's not thick at all so it needs a pad underneath, but otherwise, the color and design is very accurate. For the cost, the quality was fine, but the corners never completely turned down even after placing books on them.

This is the 2nd time this has happened. Overstock advertises an indoor /outdoor rug. I order it for the outdoors. I unroll it and it clearly states that it’s an indoor rug. Now to repackage and send it back??!!! Not happy

Love this! Our spare bedroom has taupe walls; we put the treadmill on this rug, which protected the carpet and added a very pleasing pop of color and focal point in the neutral room. The blue is brighter than navy but still a nice deep shade. Pattern is more ivory than white.

Matches my kitchen decor perfectly.

This makes a really nice kitchen back door rug. It is just the right thickness. My only complaint is that some of the threads are loose around the edges and In various other areas of the rug. It's not enough for me to go through the hassle of sending it back though as it will get a lot of traffic anyway.

Looks great and is easy to keep clean.

I have this rug on my back porch and it looks great. My backyard is currently a mud pit due to some hardscaping work I'm having done, and my dogs are tracking mud back to the porch every time they go out. I just wait until they mud has dried, go over it with a vacuum and it looks great. After a month of this I did notice a few dirty marks on the white that wouldn't come up with the vacuum, but after cleaning with a carpet cleaner the rug looks brand new again. I would recommend this and would buy it again myself.
