It would have been great if the screws were the correct length. Should have been 2 1/4 inches (for standard size 6-panel wood door). Received 2 inches instead.

Can finally hear when somoene knocks on my door
I have an over-sized front door, and this door knocker fits the scale. The fact that it also came in a mat nickel finish was a plus. The instructions are off as to the size of drill bits needed to drill the holes in the door.
The door knocker is the exact same as was on the house when I bought it. I have been looking for a new one

This is a replacement for the exact same knocker I had on my front door. While polished brass isnt super popular now all of my handles (50+ year old home) are all Baldwin brass. I had all the exact holes already drilled so it was easy to install. I did glance at the directions and they were very clear.
