Ooni pizza oven brush

Well constructed and the bristles are really study. It's a little hard to maneuver inside the oven, especially when trying to sweep out semolina from cooked pizzas. Works better when I remove the pizza stone once cooled. Would be nice to have a brush that is easier to maneuver inside the working oven.

I like the long handle which allows me to sweep any cornmeal out off the oven, between pies, without burning my hand.

Essential tool for your pizza kit

Great tool for cleaning stones in between bakes, though I do wish the bristles extended all the way to the end. The scraper gets in the way of being able to sweep out the very back of the oven.

Don't do any miracle. It doesn't help with all the dirt that gets stuck in the stone.

Very Useful

Perfect for cleaning the pizza stone. Could be a bit smaller for easier maneuvering but that is just because I have a smaller oven. Should be no problem with larger models.

Nice but has WIRE Bristles

This brush is long and easily reaches the back of our Ooni 16" Koda Oven. The scraper is nice and does the job well. However, I am concerned about the bristles being wire instead of a heavy, heat-resistant nylon. It was my error for not reading the description better. With all the news reports of wire bristles falling off these types of grill brushes and then getting embedded in foods and ending up causing medical emergencies once ingested, I have avoided using them for years. It is a great brush but I will use it sparingly and with much extra caution to make sure there are no loose bristles on my pizza stone before I start cooking.

Hedgehog Hero

This hedgehog on a stick is brilliant at cleaning the stone, the only gripe with this that I have is that it's a tight fit in the Volt 12, but I think that's to be expected given it's packaging of the oven. Overall though the brush cleans wonderfully and seems to be really sturdy from the amount of times it's been used of late! The handle is the perfect diameter and it's the perfect length for getting close enough that you get a good grip to brush, but not too close than you get a burnt paw. The scraping plate is amazing as well for newbies who might accidentally drop a bit of cheese here and there, or for getting stubborn bits of flour off or any other mishaps that occasionally occur!
