Ok purchase for guest room used once a month
Needed something inexpensive and simple for a guest room during Thanksgiving (we weren’t planning to furnish yet) but had overnight guests coming. This had a great color and was fairly easy to assemble in two hours. One set of drawer glides were missing and unable to be shipped after the purchase. I was able to find the same size glides at **** (but it has a slight dip in the side so the drawer doesn’t open as smoothly as the others). The drawers being only on one side leaves the holes for attaching a headboard visible (see photo) due to the side of the room I wanted the drawers to face. The bed felt sturdy and definitely had up to 350 lbs in so far but I also added a plywood board under the mattress.
I really like this platform bed & seems very sturdy. My reason for a 4 star was the assembly instructions. This platform bed is reversible for the 3 drawers but the instructions do not mention it. When building the platform, think of what way you want the drawers as it will make a difference on how you attach the hardware for the drawers. Also it will make a difference with the head and foot board. I was installing the drawers on the opposite side of the picture posted and had to re-think & re-do a few parts to make it work. Took about 3 hours to install including building the drawers. Love it now that it is all assembled and seems to be very sturdy.

Really like the platform! Assembly was slightly a pain, but I only had a multi-tool on and so I would recommend an actual drill and hammer for faster assembling. Drawers make it so much more convenient in the morning and saves me a ton of space!
