Online shopping nightmare

I will never in my life buy from this company . The price of bed doesn’t not equate to experience. My bed arrived 1 month late due to some odd shopping issues and after waiting the bed arrived broken %26 missing key pieces to assemble bed such as the screws. I want a refund and will dispute with the bank if it is not granted because this was a hot mess. So after almost two months I have no bed frame still

This bed is so beautiful. I love the real white. The tufted headboard with the crystal buttons is luxurious. You have to buy this, no wasting time deciding.

Beautiful bright white and easy fast delivery.

The bed was delivered quickly and you get an email that gives you a link to set up a time and date for delivery. It was packaged very well and the boxes are heavy, delivery guys were great and put it right on the front door step so I could just slide the boxes right inside. I haven’t put the bed together yet but I have taken it out and the white is a bright white and looks beautiful, the gem buttons really stand out as do the silver rhinestones. The directions and parts are sealed in a separate bag and I can’t wait to get it put together!

I love my new bed. Best purchase I made. It beautiful, durable and looks very elegant in my room. The crystal studs makes it more luxurious. The style alone is just amazing. I definitely recommend this bed to anyone who wants luxurious feel.

Beautiful, looks just like the pictures

Better than the picture

The bed itself is georgeous. I was afraid it wouldn't look like the picture, given that I bought it out of a Google search. BUT it looks better than the picture and better than I could have imagined. It's so elegant and beautiful. The base of the bed has tons of boards so it looks like it could be sturdy. (I haven't slept in it since I'm waiting on my matress) but I can't stress enough how beautiful it is, my only issue is picking out the perfect bedding so it won't loose its elegance. As for the company, I have to say despite the 3.5 month wait for my bed, customer service was always on top of my order with constant emails and willing to help if I had any issues. The wait was well worth it, the delivery gentleman were nice and assembled it rather quickly and they explained everything.

I absolutely love love love this headboard. Looks exactly like the picture. I was kind of worried that it would look the same. Was easy to put together and all the parts were there. It makes my room glamorous and like a million bucks.

Great first purchase!

When I first saw this bed I was a bit skeptical, in pictures, the bed looks really great. A black bed was something I wouldn't normally go for, but the overall style and material is what won me over. It took me a little over 2 hours to get this bed put together, alone, but instructions were easy enough to understand, I'm so over the moon with this bed, its gorgeous!

OMG THIS BED IS BEAUTIFUL!! TOTALLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. THE PICTURE GIVES IT NO JUSTICE, THIS BED LOOKS WAYYYYY BETTER IN PERSON. IT'S VERY ELEGANT.

I love my bed. Quality is nice and not to difficult to assemble ( 😄 or should i say seems like it wasn't difficult. I didn't actually put it together). It is beautiful to look at.
