Mediocre adjustment and uncomfortable back seat

Not worth the money... looking at review , I bought but back adjustment and seat sliding adjustment is very limited and not sufficient. I would not recommend to anyone buying online without actually trying it out. You may think you are getting the deal for the chair with so many adjustment, but actually it you are actually fooled by it.

Many adjustments

I needed the flexibility of changing arm rest height, and this chair gives it to me. The seat is comfortable, and there are many controls for adjustment.

A good chair for the price.

Easy to assemble with the required tool included. Nice touch to have spare parts included. I like having all the adjustable positions for height, seat angle etc. comfortable to sit in. Recommended.

This chair has ALL ergo adjustments

Love all the customizable options for arms, seat, tilt, height, and back. Would have given it 5 stars except for the seat cushion, it's not bad, but ... maybe I'm looking for the perfect taco? Why am I so hard to please ... 14-hour work days?

Very Disappointed

Assembly will be very difficult, since there are no directions....not even sure where to start. The box was repacked, and I cannot tell if all the parts are even here...there was a lot of extra room in the box.

Good but not great

Its been a month I am using this chair. Its ok but not a great product. we have all the adjustments that is mentioned in the website. The lower cushion quality is average. It already thick and I can see the mark of my thys on it. Good Lombard support.

I ordered this chair and it arrived the very next day! I couldn't believe my (and my lower back's) luck!

Desk Chair for "Work from Home" Comfort

This desk chair provides the comfort and adjustments that I need to make working from home manageable. No more back pain at the end of the day from sitting on a hard dining room chair. There are adjustments for tilt of the seat, extension of the seat, curve in the back, width of the armrests, as well as the standard up and down and rocking options. This is worth every penny it cost. My son assembled it in less than ten minutes.

This chair is amazing!

My husband loves his new chair. He says it is so comfortable. Working from home, during these trying times, does not need to cause pain sitting at a computer. Several times a day he states how much he enjoys his new chair. It arrived two weeks earlier than expected!!

Great Chair - Just check the box before opening.

I previously gave this chair a terrible review because I received the wrong chair. Instead of this one, we got a cheap drafting chair in a busted cardboard box. My issue was the hours I spent on the phone to straighten up this mess. For some reason, there was no return button on my order for this item and each time I was promised a FEDEX shipper it never arrived. Finally, I spoke to a supervisor who sent me a correct FEDEX label. The wrong chair was picked up today and I finally received this chair. Assembly was easy and it appears to be a comfortable addition to our home office. Walmart.com did compensate my a little for the frustrating hours on the phone. Nice chair--I like the levers that make it so adjustable and the comfortable seat and back. It rolls smooth. Just check your box before you open.

Not comfortable

The chair is high quality and looks like it would last a long time and took about 30 minutes to assemble. Although it had a lot of customization paddles, I could never get comfortable. I need an almost 90 degree chair back with lumbar support, but this chair did not provide that. The chair back did not support the mid back at all. I am petite but this chair is better suited for taller people. It was quite big and broad. I found the mesh material of the seat unbearably rough like sitting on Velcro so not good for a lady who often wears skirts. I purchased the Alera Etros Petite MidBack Chair instead. Thanks Sam’s for being able to return in store.

Great Computer Chair

I have used this for over a month now. The reason I bought it is because of how adjustable it is. All my previous chairs were adjustable to some degree but not like this. The adjustable arms that can be moved out the way while typing are a big plus for me. The back can be brought forward just perfectly so it provides just the right amount of support. This along with the fact that the seat itself can be slid makes it almost perfect for me. The reason I say almost is I wish the back could be brought down just a couple more inches - not bad enough to take one start away. I'm on the computer a lot and after a long time, my back is not sore when I get up from the chair. I also have the back so it keeps my posture straight. The chair seems solid enough and hopefully, this may be the last chair I will need. Really a nice chair once you adjust it to your liking.

Great product. Terrible packing.

The chair itself is good in all respects. All the adjustment options give you many ways to get comfortable. The seat cushion/material/structure is by far the most comfortable of any chair of this type that I have experienced.

I would ,as of now, buy this again.

Assembly easy ,all parts in box. Have not had it long enough to get a feeling of the comfort. Has a lot of different adjustments. Feels good as of this writing. Nov.13, 2017

Good, but not great

I like many of the features of this chair. It is comfortable and lots of adjustable options. Problems for me: the lumbar is a little too high. I wish it came down a little more. When the seat is tilted all the way forward, it feels like I am sliding out. That can be set to stay where you want it. though. The arms do not adjust as much as the description says. Still wider than I would like. This was the main reason I purchased the chair, thinking I could bring my elbows in some. Price seems high to me compared to other chairs that are more comfortable.

Met my needs in a chair

I had my previous office chair for a long time and it needed to be replaced. I looked at all my options and landed on this chair. When it arrived it was like Christmas accept easy to put together and everything worked out. I love the comfort especially the arm rest adjustments. It is a great chair and have no regrets.
