Delivered w/o the connector seat to other parts

I bought this a few weeks ago and it was delivered without the part the connects the seat to the wheels and back. After speaking with 4 customer service representatives I still don't have the piece or a usable chair

Looking at the price of this chair- I anticipated it would be a class product; however this turns out to be just another chair- specifically the seat is so hard like a bench.

I have run through quite a few office chairs over the last several years. I love this chair! It is easy to adjust and comfortable to sit in for log periods of time- if you need to! It was easy to assemble and moves from room to room easily.

I have my experience with desk chairs and this has been the most comfortable. There are a few adjustable features that allow for a custom chair to make it just the way I like. This really helps with having to sit at my desk for long periods of time.

This chair is very comfortable. High quality material, Very sturdy and ridiculous easy to put together. Literally just 4 screws and 3 push pins and it’s completely assembled. This chair replaced my standardized office chair, and while it blends in enough to keep a uniform look, it’s a superior chair to any in the building.

Assembly was a breeze: having assembled a few similar chairs, I could probably have done it without instructions, but there are the usual illustrated instructions. The parts are in a blister-pack, so there's very little (if any) chance of their being absent or getting lost, and they include one extra each of the two parts (bolts and so on) required to assemble the chair.

Second most uncomfortable chair ever had

The description mentions a "contoured seat." What that means is that the leg area is a softer foam and there is a harder foam section in the middle of the seat, to separate your legs I suppose. In operation, it forces me to sit in an uncomfortable position and I fidget all day long. I would love this chair if it wasn't for that, but as it is, it drives me crazy.

Comfortable, Stable Office Chair

I've purchased 5 of these office chairs for our company over the last few months and will return to purchase this model again as we need to replace old chairs or hire new employees. It's a nice looking chair with adjusting possibilities for whoever is using it (i.e fits all body types). All users are happy with it. It's reasonably priced, good quality and seems to be durable. I most often purchase basyx by Hon and this is a very good model.

Nice Chair

I think this is a nice chair for the price. I wanted a chair where the arms could be adjusted up and down or back and forth. It's perfect for me.

MANY DAMAGES

I got this chair on sale and found out why it was. The high-back part of the chair came damaged in several places. First I just noticed a cosmetic plastic piece was smashed/cracked. I thought, no matter, no one will see that part anyways and assembled the chair. After assembly, I noticed the the fabric part of the high-back had a 1 1/2" gash in the fabric. It's only a matter of time if I use the chair (lean back on it) the gash will grow and make it unusable. I don't know if Office Depot will take it back being already assembled, but I'll try.

Great sturdy chair

I bought this chair for $106, it was at a discount for memorial day already, then I found a $20 coupon for Office Depot online. For $106, this is a great chair. It is very sturdy and has a lot of adjustments. Assembling was not too hard, although some parts were a bit heavy.

Solid Purchase

Purchased for office... it was a great purchase very supportive on the back and the lower lumbar mesh back amazing. The quality of the product was very valuable.

Just what I was looking for!

This chair is wonderful. The mesh backing and bottom have great support, and the bottom in particular feels great, even after hours of sitting (unlike many chairs with padding). The seating area is large and helps distribute your weight across the whole thing. The back is also large and has a nice ergonomic shape to it. It doesn't have adjustable lumbar support, but I find that the shape is just right - no need for adjustments. It's also comfortable to sit all the way at the back of the chair, which allows for best posture without making you feel like you're forcing yourself to sit properly. The recline feature is nice and smooth. The look and design are great - many people have complimented me on it, even though it's just a chair. The only negative point I would give it is for the armrest covers. First, I can't tell if they are going to last as long as the rest of the chair will. And secondly, if you aren't wearing long sleeves while using them, they actually do leave little imprints on your skin. Not too terrible, but makes my skin a little itchy. Nonetheless, I'm so thankful to find this chair that offers everything you'd expect from those $600-1000 chairs, but at an affordable price.
