The bed frame is very beautiful and looks great in our room except for the huge scratches on the headboard. They are very noticeable and I have had no help getting a refund or a return on this item as we didn't notice until we had put most of the bed frame together. I won't be buying online again, I would recommend someone else who will do a better job packaging and help with returning damaged items.
