Difficult to put together, bad customer service

Tried putting this frame together, I got to the point of putting the legs in the bottom and they provided 4 legs that have a shaved-out area to somewhat slide the frame into place holding it very loosely, with a hole to screw into. The problem is they didn't drill out a place for the screw to go in the legs. So the screws never got a stable grip and broke the legs weak wood. Rather than sending us new legs we have to send the whole 100lb box back for a refund. Gonna find a better frame and CS
