Damaged Item

The headboard arrived damaged and a bracket was missing. Customer service chatted with me for 5 minutes then told me to come back later because the queue was full. It's 9:30 in the morning on a wednesday I don't know who else is chatting with Target. The bed's a bit darker than expected but overall well built and nice for the price. I'd rate it 4 stars if it wasn't damaged but the poor customer service will have me back on amazon for the future.

The quality of this bed is incredible for the price.

Looks good!

The directions were vague in what way was top and bottom of parts so we had to take things apart a few times. We are missing a number 11 screw. The bed looks nice when it's all put together.

Nice sturdy bed, difficult to put together, but good quality

Bed shipped faster than expected. No damage in shipping and well packaged. Solid wood construction. Lots of fasterners and parts though, so not simple to put together.

Beautiful but creaky

Looks amazing when assembled, but extremely creaky. Any slight movement makes the loudest noise.

Less than ideal

Package came in very poor condition. After having almost fully assembled, I found out that several key pieces were missing. Walmart offered me 10% ($54ish) back. Was hoping for them to be able to work with me more, whether it be sending me the missing pieces or providing a material amount of refund so that I could fix the problem myself.

Good value with a couple minor problems.
