Bought this for my Great Grand daughter and she loves...

Bought this for my Great Grand daughter and she loves it. They just moved into a new (to them) house and she got to pick her new bed. One problem was the bed was ready to be delivered way before stated and they did not have the new house. Big hassle to get the delivery changed to a FedEx pickup location. When the date changes, reach out and be sure the new date is OK.

Nice bed but....

The bed arrived, not yet assembled, but each of the pieces look good and so far as I can tell the fabric is nice and color is as appears online. However it is a quick ship item from a vendor so I received the boxes in bad order, although the bed luckily was in good shape. The hardware packets were taped outside of the boxes, but they are being delivered so I was missing most of the hardware. When I called Macy's they were amazing and credited the entire bed cost and suggested I go to a hardware store to see if I can piece together my own hardware. So I give it just 1 star because this comes from a vendor Macy's has no way of controlling quality or even ordering hardware. It leaves me with a bed ready to assemble but nothing to assemble it with. While Macy's customer service was quite generous, I was never offered their delivery pick up the bed and deliver a new one. If I can find hardware and assemble the bed, I will update my review with how the bed turns out. But overall I don't recommend this bed because of the third party vendor scenario leaves Macy's not being able to assist with issues.
