Difficult Installation, Bad Shipping

The hardware that came with this was all tossed together in a very dirty and partly torn bag, that had a bunch of debris falling out of it. The fact that we had to individually sort and figure out every single piece, and nut and bolt, was a huge pain. Instructions were not that great, and we were even missing the lifting handle that was noted on the instructions, but never came in the box. It is a quality product though, after it is all put together. But the difficulty to put this together due to the lack of shipping quality, severely hurts this rating. Headboard is fairly short too, wish it were taller.

The bed frame is great and looks really nice BUT the hydraulics will not allow the bed to go back down so we don't use them. I should have read other reviews because I guess this is an issue with the bed. Since it's storage we just prop it up when open, but for the money it was VERY disappointing. I still need to contact them but I'm guessing there's not replacement since they are so small anyway.
