Beautiful bed and very well made!

My daughter loved this bed! We bought this for her for her bedroom at college and after two years, it still looked new. Very well made and had no issues with it in two years. In fact, the girl who moved into her college house purchased it from her because it was so nice and still like new. It was also easy to put together.

Love this platform bedI got it for an amazing price I ended up with the Baxton nightstands also! Bed seems very well made! I read a few reviews about the wood slats on frame no thin and flimsy at allI found them to be fine so far no problems! Very solid bed not cheap in any way!Classy and so modern easy to put together!

Beautiful! But had issues with the manufacturer

Ordered this bedframe for my teenage daughters room remodel. Was to be delivered in 2 separate packages....the head board, and the base. We received the headboard but the base was never shipped. We waited a month past expected date and there was too much confusion with the manufacturer so Overstock issued a refund and allowed us to keep the headboard. It is great quality and my daughter loves it. It is just attached to her old platform bedframe. Worked out well thanks to Overstock.

The rhinestones do stick out a bit, however that's been a nonissue for us

This looks very high end and much more expensive than the price Overstock is charging. Bed was extremely simple to put together, to the point that the instructions were redundant. Bought the 10" Lucid memory foam with this bed for my guest room. There were some scratches on the black frame, since the shipping box got banged up, and re-taped. But, Overstock was very good at resolving the issue very quickly.

Missing product

I purchased this bed frame in February because I planned on moving out of my parents house , I bought furniture with my tax return and stored it in my storage CLOSED and sealed .. I moved in late June and tried to assemble this last night and seen there are 4 * missing parts! The main center rail 1 slat fitter and 2 of the 4 legs! I gave Home Depot the benefit of the doubt and TRUSTED them that everything would be in there, I did not want to open my furniture until I was fully moved in because I didn’t want to lose parts during the moving process! PLEASE CHECK YOUR FURNITURE AND MAKE SURE ALL THE PARTS ARE THERE! Now I have to try to explain my story to them and hope they don’t think I’m lying since I purchased this a while ago and it’s past the 90 days! I have a useless bed frame now and I’m regretting even wasting my money on this .. now I have to open up my other furniture I ordered online and HOPE those aren’t missing parts either .. I’m so disappointed .. I took a video of last night and you can see my whole place is empty and new ..

The bed arrived quickly and UPS delivered to my porch. My daughter really likes the look of this faux leather look. The only thing she didn’t like was the height of the bed, which was lower than expected. My older daughter did not like all the bedazzle from the rhinestones. So, I have returned the bed. The return process was very easy and a return label was issued right a way. I had to pay $ for return, but it was not due to a problem with bed, so I didn’t mind the return fee. UPS came the same day to pick up bed. Just don’t destroy the boxes the bed comes in, and returning is easy. The website is very easy to shop and has many filters to find exactly what your looking for. I highly recommend overstock.com for shopping for all kinds of different items C.

Good looking bed

Very nice looking bed and assembly was simple. No drilling or hammering. the slat however are not very straight causing a slight dip in the bed and a slight hill in the center. I would recommend getting a 10 inch mattress minimum to absorb the dip and hill. The bed sits quite low so I had to get risers and that fixed the problem. I am 5 foot tall and even I thought it was low. Other than that very beautiful bed and the head board is just gorgeous.

not good quality!!!

When I first got it, one of the center support legs (G) was broken and they shipped another one. But during assembling, one of the center support legs was broken again! You can tell that the wood is very vulnerable and easy to fall apart! Besides, the central rail is tilted so I couldn't really put all the bed slats in. Imagine you spent 2 hours with the help of a muscular guy and in the LAST STEP, you found one center support leg was broken and the central rail was tilted! I'm very frustrated and I sent an email to customer service but haven't heard back for more than 2 days (which is supposed to be within 24 hours)! Considering how much effort I have made to assemble the bed, I'll try to fix the problems and plus it's a pretty bed though.. But I highly recommend NOT to purchase this one!

Missing parts

I ordered this lovely bed for my daughter . She showed me a picture of it ,for her new Condo. When my husband & I took it to her for a surprise ,we were the ones surprised .The bed came without legs and supporting legs also. The bed also had 2 pieces broken , they were plastic .I have reported this to customer service and they have been very helpful trying to find them for us but it is taking so long I am losing my patience ! So until they come up with a resolution to this problem ,my daughter continues to sleep on the couch ! I do however thank the rep. at customer service for the effort . I gave 4 stars because it is very nice . Just cannot use it !
