If u like running water, this isn't for you.

A faucet where water stops coming out is like living in a home without indoor plumbing. As a contractor, I purchased this faucet and installed it. Installation is not as easy as most, but when it was finished, the faucet was great. Until it wasn't. The faucet head, over time, cloggs up do to normal water deposits. American Standard replaced the ENTIRE faucet for me about 1 1/2 years after the initial installation, now about 2 years later, it is clogged again. We are retrieving water from the back yard hose bib for the kitchen sink. Really? in 2023!? I called again and was met with roadblocks to getting this fixed. The CS rep said, "Yes, we know it can be a problem with hard water." First, hard water exists in almost ALL of the USA. Second, why would you design something you KNOW has a high failure rate? Why isn't there a "pre filter" on this faucet then?

Love the clean lines and simplicity of this fixture. Blends (while also standing out somehow) in to our transitional kitchen beautifully and operation is wonderful. Keep in mind that this fixture is tall! 18” but really a beautiful addition to any kitchen or laundry room.

Kitchen Faucet - Issue with Water Flow

We have really liked the hands-free technology; we use it much more than I ever thought we would when we first purchased this item. Over time, however, the toggle switching the water flow from spray to normal stream has started to stick, causing water flow issues. We have had to wrap a rubber band around it to keep the stream somewhat steady. This is after 3-4 years of use in our kitchen. I would've expected a better result from such an expensive product.

When activating the hands free option the faucet would not shut off completely. The valve that controls the touchless on and off is failing. When my plumber tried to reach out to American Standard they put him on hold and never returned. This went on for 2 weeks. I them went in to Lowes and am still waiting on restitution. I would not suggest the product or Lowes. I spent $500 for this product and $200 to be installed. I am not sure where to go from here.

water won't shut off completely

Spray button no longer works

Purchased in 2018 and it's been a while since the spray button has worked. It no longer holds the spray function. I press the spray button and it just bounces back. I have owned faucets with sprayers over many years and have never experienced this problem. Terrible faucet.

Love this faucet, but the water pressure is a big issue

The motion sensor on this faucet works great, however after only 11 months of use, the water pressure has become so low that the toggle switch won't even hold any more and washing dishes is so difficult. We've tried cleaning it, having it looked at, but no luck. There is no water pressure issue any where else in the house or neighborhood, so it is definitely the faucet.

I loved my Beale kitchen faucet so much I bought the bar faucet! Heavy brass faucet in chrome finish, and very easy to install.

Great design. Extremely convenient.

Clean lines

Clean simple lines make this a nice add to our kitchen. Instalation was easy, including the battery pack for the sensor. Only downside is that, occasionally the faucet will turn on, on its own. It has a failsafe shutoff after 5 minutes, but still... Replacing batteries had no impact. That said, we've become very accustomed to just waving to turn on water!
