too firm / too tall

Though l like firm mattresses this is too firm. No gel or plush support for hips or shoulders. Also finding nice sheets that fit a 15” mattress is a headache. I’m hoping it softens up but have major buyer’s remorse. May try a topper but it’s now getting even more expensive. Note: Macy’s charges a 15% restocking fee that’s not waived even if you purchase another mattress.

[Rewarded Review] Love my mattress but...

I love the look of the mattress I have received. I know I chose well because the person delivering the mattress asked me what brand it was. I loved that its made from land filled recyclables as I am environmental friendly. I love the extreme height on my Beautyrest Black Hybrid BX class firm. Its a tad too firm but im hoping that over the course of time it can have some bounce to it. I have learned a lot from what I expect in a good mattress so its key to understand the level of comfort that you are seeking to choose from, especially for those who are experiencing back problems.

[Rewarded Review] Plush and comfortable!

This is one comfortable mattress! It is very plush and gives my body a good amount of support when I sleep. I don’t wake up with any aches or pains, and I feel very supported throughout my sleep. It’s not too soft, and I don’t feel like I’m sinking into the bed, but it’s not too firm either, which can be too rigid for me. It’s just right! And it offers a good amount of support so that when my partner or I wake up and get out of the bed, neither of us wake up from all the motion. I love that about this bed! It has a modern design and feels very sleek. It looks like a mattress that is going to last me a long time and I am so happy with it!
